This is my third city tour with Underground. Our guide, Thomas, was friendly and full of fun facts. There were four stops focus of the tour were beignets. Each place was unique and everything was delicious.

A uniquely new orleans spin on fried dough.

Thomas is charming and personable! The pastry was great and the neighborhood is beautiful. Beignets are an interesting variation on traditional doughnuts. A perfect way to spend a few hours learning about a lesser touristed part of town and eating sweets.
