Abbiamo apprezzato in tutto il suo splendore la Reggia e i giardini
Nonostante avessimo prenotato per piccolo gruppo eravamo solo mio marito ed io quindi abbiamo potuto apprezzare pienamente il piacere di visitare la Reggia con la nostra guida che ce l’ha descritta in modo esaustivo con dovizia di particolari ed informazioni. La visita è comprensiva di biglietto di ingresso e shuttle che ci ha portato fino al giardino inglese sempre accompagnati . Esperienza molto positiva

Definitely not worth the money, nothing of interest to see on the trip, hardly spoke a word of English, couldn't answer questions. Was expecting the quaint canals under all the beautiful little bridges instead got what looked like the slum streets of venice

Our guide was amazing and very knowledgeable about Venice! An amazing private gondola ride! I wish it was 45-60 minutes for the price but overall we will only do this once and it was a great time.

Our young gondolier was knowledgeable, chatty and polite. we went out at 6pm and when the sun went low the voyage through the quiet, peacefull canals was absolutely charming.

Très belle visite orchestrée par une guide très sympathique et très professionnelle. Nous avons eu des explications très précises de Turin et son histoire, puis ensuite une très belle visite guidée du musée égyptien de Turin où nous y avons vu des pièces absolument extraordinaires.

il piccolo gruppo e' sicuramente un aspetto positivo perché nella ressa generale, essendo in pochi, si sentiva bene e si procedeva spediti tra le sale. la guida Maria Novella bravissima, appassionata della materia ci ha fatti appassionare ancor di piu. la navetta nel parco ottima soluzione.

A great guide made the visit so much more enjoyable.
My guide was Alessia and I was very lucky to have her all to myself as no one else had booked an English language tour with her today. She knew exactly where and when to go to minimize any crowds. For example we visited the gardens early on which was good as we had no problems getting on the shuttle whereas when I went on my own after the tour there was a big lineup for the shuttle. She seemed to know everything about every room we saw in the palace- and there were many! I learned so much from her and would have missed so many things if I didn’t have a guide as good as she was. I recommend her highly.

The gondola tour was good and nice to be in the quieter canals on the island. Boat was nice and guide was welcoming but didn’t tell us anything about the island while on the tour

Not worth it.
Horribly over priced. It is promoted as a guided tour of the “secrets” of Venice. In reality 90% was along the grand canal where the guide picked out a few palaces with minimal detail. We paid $400 for a trip which could have been replicated by a cheap water bus ticket. If you really must do a Gondola ride-look for the independent ones along the smaller canals. Much cheaper.

Wonderful - Casertra Royal Palace and Gardens
Today, we went on the tour entitled Private Tour of Casertra Royal Palace and Gardens with our tour guide, Gilda. Gilda provided us with much information and details of the Royal Palace and Gardens. We thank her dearly for her knowledge of the place and great experience she provided. The tour provided by Viator was wonderful...gorgeous place and most wonderful place to visit. Good but issues
The gondola ride was loverly but our gondela wasn't very good spent all his time on the phone didn't even give us any information about venice or even interacted with us through the whole ride but the company as a whole was fantastic we was delayed so had to change our time and they was great about this
