Wouldn't know. Planes made it so we couldn't go.
Didn't get to go but still got charged. Planes were delayed and it was 15 minutes off from the 24hour cancelation and operator refused the refund even given the circumstances. The app keeps bugging me for a review so there it is. Nearly $400 charge for a gondola plane delays made us miss and i was 15 minutes shy of the 24 hour cancelation with no care about circumstances. Wasn't like we were just late showing up, the planes were totally out of our control.

Pompeii and Herculaneum best bits
Excellent trip to see the best bits of both Pompeii and Herculaneum. There are some parts of Pompeii you won't get to see, however this was obvious to us as we knew there was so much to fit in to one day. Lunch was very nice and guide (Tony) was very informative and friendly.

La cosa positiva è stata che il gruppo era formato da solo 4 persone ed inoltre la Guida è stata eccellente, disposta a dare spiegazioni ed anche molto simpatica. Non vedrei nulla da migliorare il tour è stato perfetto cosi!

Nothing happened that was bad, but there was also nothing that stood out as making it special. For the cost being higher than a lot of others I saw online, I wouldn’t suggest going out of your way for this specific Gondala ride.

I do not recommend. They are not serious. They did not provide the service I purchased and refused to refund the money. Don't book with them.

Our guide was excellent (local, knowledgeable - she added dimension and humor to the tour). Parking was available under the palace and everything was well organized. The palace grounds and palace itself are beyond imagination and genius for its time.

Roberta ist eine sehr informative, intelligente und charmante Stadtführerin. Sie hat uns alle Facetten dieser wunderschönen Stadt gezeigt. Obwohl wir fast drei Stunden unterwegs waren, erschöpfte sich nicht ihr Wissen.
