Our guide was great, knowledgable and we really enjoyed her storytelling. what spoiled the whole activity was the terrible radios, cemetery useless in the noisy galleries and we missed out on a lot of the value of paying for a guide. the guides need a noise cancelling microphone at their mouth. companies should be testing them in the busy noisy gallery not in a quiet office. Really made the experience far less enjoyable

We were so blessed to get Mateo to guide us through the Accademia and Uffizi. His knowledge of the history and art is amazing. As an art major I didn’t think I would be learning more information from him. My daughter and I had a blast. Thank you for giving us an experience we will never forget.
