Fine tour but over priced
The tour guide was great and very knowledgeable. Meeting point is confusing, you go to the small square but then go to the tour shop. Tour was about 45 minutes. I would purchase a ticket directly from the museum if you can. Not sure if it was worth 49 Euro each.

We really enjoyed this tour, the palace and the gardens were great to visit, like a small hidden treasure near Naples. Alessia was the best guide ever. Really loved it.

Sehr schlecht
Man ist erstmal 2 Stunden unterwegs um alle abzuholen dann folgt eine völlig unnötige 45 minütige Pause an einer Einkaufsstraße mit Geldautomat, danach hat man grad mal 2 Stunden samt seilbahn in den dolomiten um danach nochmal in einer völlig überfüllten marktstrasse in einem angeblichen Bergdorf 45 Minuten samt langem Fußweg über eine Brücke sein Geld da lassen soll. Das ganze als dolomiten tour zu betiteln ist Irrsinn, nie wieder!!!

I booked this excursion for some clients of mine and unfortunatelyweren't unable to take part to the tour since they didn't catch up with the Tour Guide. The phone number reported on the voucher was not helpful in getting my clients in touch with the Tour Guide (the persons - more than one- who replied on the phone didn't even know what we were talking about.....). We had to buy tickets that were included in the tour again on spot to enter the Reggia and not even been refunded for that . Very Very bad experience I won't recommend it.

Il tour è stato molto interessante, grazie ad Alessia per averci fatto scoprire tanti particolari curiosi custodi in questo capolavoro di architettura. Decisamente ne vale la pena compreso il giro nei giardini che meritano particolare attenzione!

Lame rip off!
LAME RIP OFF! No hidden canals were explored. We were out in the open being baked by the sun in the main shipping channel being sloshed around by bigger boats. The sites that were pointed out were obvious things that anybody can figure out by looking at an online map. The guide barely spoke English and cut the trip short by 15 minutes.

Guide did not speak English and was talking on the phone? However pleasant and peaceful journey through quiet canals.
Guide did not speak English, he was on his phone talking so it wasn’t peaceful. However the gondola was beautiful. The canals were lovely and quiet and the 30 minute journey lasted about 24 minutes. This is my 3rd gondola ride in Venice, I probably wouldn’t recommend this area as you’re too far out of the heart of Venice.
