Great tour
We had a wonderful and interesting tour. The Palace is amazing and it’ s design can impress everyone. Our guide, Alesia, was great! She gave us a lot of information, just enough for the tour to be pleasant. Thank you very much, Alesia! The English gardens are beautiful and can hide many surprises!

La guida Alessia ci ha descritto la Reggia ed i Giardini in modo eccellente e ci ha reso fantastico un pomeriggio nelle bellezze della Reggia di Caserta. Abbiamo seguito ogni sua parola perché è davvero un piacere ascoltarla con la sua simpatia e la sua grande cultura.

Gondolier was disappointing
Our gondolier is the reason for the 3 rating. The ride was as promised and the grand canal was very cool to see (but very hot and sunny). The gondolier was 1) on his phone (via his watch) the entire 90 minutes or he was yelling to other people like gondoliers - this made our experience less relaxing and told us our ride was not important and 2) he told us the bare minimum about what we were seeing (such as reading the hotel names clearly posted on the side of the buildings). He was bare minimum.

Adamo was a wonderful gondolier! We had a great experience.
Adamo was our gondolier. He was very informative. he was friendly & very informative. He explained a lot about current day Venetian life. He is a 3rd generation gondolier. He took us some under traveled canals. It was a lovely 90 minute tour. If you can splurge for the longer tour I highly recommend it.

Our guide was Novella, and she was very fun, and gave let's of information. We had a great time going with our family. She shower us all the parts we were interested in.
