Our guide Giovanna was excellent and extremely knowledgeable about the city, history, myths and legends. We had a great experience and learned a lot about Naples. Would definitely recommend this tour!

Just a simply silent ride it was nice but nothing extraordinary

We struggled to understand our guide, as her English was not very strong. Some in our group abandoned the tour early on, likely due to the poor communication. In addition, we ended up wasting 20 min of our tour time, waiting for one person to join our group between the two galleries, but the lady never even showed. We stood idly around at the entrance while the guide ran around trying to make contact with the missing lady. Would have been a great time to use the lavatories at the Uffizi but we couldn't enter without our full group. It was all a little bit helter-skelter. Our guide was lovely and you could tell she was passionate about art, but we all really struggled to understand her accent.

in realtà mi è piaciuto tutto il tour con la nostra guida Alessia super preparata e molto simpatica Al palazzo dovrebbero fare visitare sempre anche il teatro (noi purtroppo non l'abbiamo visto)..... comunque tutto il complesso, compreso i giardini, è meraviglioso!! Quando vedi queste meraviglie ti accorgi di quanto la cultura in Italia è poco valutata e mantenuta...ed è apprezzabile lo sforzo che fanno le guide e chi le organizza💚
