The tour itself with the knowledgeable guide was ok. Finding parking and then finding the guide was extremely difficult. No contact information was provided to get in contact with the guide upon arrival. I had to park almost a mile away from the entrance to the Reggia Di Caserta. For $140 each (5 people) I should have been provided with a parking pass as well as the phone number of the guide. The value for money was not there at all.

Our guide Alessia was sensational. I connected with her a month or so before to the tour to arrange our marriage proposal. Not only did she set up the perfect proposal at the perfect location at the perfect time, she was the best tour guide out of the 6 tours we booked while in Italy. She was a wealth of knowledge, and provided insight on everything that we seen and toured at the Palace. Do not pass up this tour, and ask for Alissa when you book

Our tour was excellent! Our guide was so knowledgeable and was from Florence. The lines were so long for both of these museums, so the skip the line tickets with a guide was well worth it. We learned so much about all the art that we never would have known on our own. You really do need a guide in the Uffizi to understand so many of the amazing pieces.
