We had a fantastic walking tour of the Buda Castle area with Andy. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the history of Budapest easy to understand and fun to learn. We covered the whole Castle District and came away with a much better appreciation of the city and its history. Highly recommend Andy and this tour!

The tour guide was very informative and spoke in a loud clear voice. My one issue was that we met at the base of the hill, and instead of using the escalator or some other means to reach the top of the hill, we climbed over 150 stairs, some of them fairly steep. The tour was advertised as only having maybe 80 easy steps. Many in the group, including myself, were elderly people for whom the climb was rather difficult. I would suggest finding an easier route up to the top.

Polash is a fantastic guide. Very knowledgeable, clear and easy to understand and funny! This was the second one of his tours we did this trip. The short summary of the history of Hungary was pitched perfectly. I'm sure it's all a lot more complicated than that but it was clear, memorable and covered the important bits!
