5 stars for the the courses. They were amazing, not to mention a good challenge! However the staff made things quite awkward as they gazed upon you when walking along the course. 2 stars for service, as they were rude to my partner when she was confused about the carabiner and made it hard for her to navigate through the course. However, I didnt have a problem with them and found them quite interactive. You can tell the spiel that they reiterate is day in and day out. A bit of enthusiasm would be fantastic Overall not a bad day out. It was raining and they did their best attempt to maintain positivity. They just need to remember to stay positive!! It makes the guests so much happier!!

Great fun experience for all involved. The tree top team are amazing, friendly and supportive. They really eased the nerves of some people and challenged more confident people.

Took my 4yo son here for his bday experience as well as his 5yo autistic sister. To be honest, as far as the autism goes, our day could have gone either way. I'm a single mum with 2 kids with very different needs. The staff were simply amazing!!!!! Initially I was told I needed to pay for an extra staff member to support my daughter but on the day, this was refunded. A support person was with my daughter the whole time as she is not as confident as her brother. Both of my kids had a brilliant time and my son had a special day and I was able to watch his achievements on the harder courses knowing my daughter was being guided. Both my kids loved it and I was so proud and happy that Id booked this for them both to experience. A positive, confidence building day could simply not have happened without the amazing staff at Treetops. We will.be back... many times

Highlights: the zip lines are amazing, it’s great that they’re literally in the tree tops. It’s a nice experience to be surrounded by nature in this unique way. Staff were awesome, it was challenging but still has something for everyone. No lowlights, overall great experience. Recommendation: it would be awesome to see some videos of people while they’re on the course, for those watching and to help advertise the photos you can buy.
