We had so much fun here, really great experience, It was my second time to do tree top challenge, and most of staff here are very friendly and happy to help. Except one staff who in the exit ! Very rude and disrespectful. We had already finished two lines and just wanted to get some water from the locker and eat something before going back. It was 2:30pm and he told me that they already close to closing time and he is unsure if we could go back. I asked him what time they closed and he told me 4:15pm, which meant I still had an hour and a half to go. He wasn't even looking at me. We were all in the good mood at first, but after his terrible attitude, I didn't feel like want go back my challenge again.

This was an amazing experience. So accommodating, for us running late. Thank you for that. Personal guided tours. Good small groups. Picturesque, extremely safety focused. Don't think twice about doing it, just do it.

Very friendly staff. I brought my friends there today. But course had to stop due to sudden rain and thunder. They offerred return ticket Or discount. Very nice. It's absolute fun for both kids and adults. Love the zipline!

Not only was the experience itself 5 stars , the customer service was beyond exceptional. We made a mistake booking online and Tahlia helped us sort it out and make a new booking. She is an absolute treasure. The treetop challenge and ziplines over the animal park was SO much fun. Can't recommend highly enough.

The staff were all so nice and helpful! Beautiful high ropes course. Make sure you’ve got good arm strength if you want to do the more advanced courses, as there is very little option for opting out once you’re tired. Good luck!
