We visited TreeTop Challenge Tamborine and did the guided zipline tour. This was fun for the whole family, including 2 teenage boys, Dad & Mum. Ayla & Sam were excellent guides - so fun & friendly, but knowledgeable too! Loved the small group size. Location was stunning and the operation felt very professional and safe. Would highly recommend to ANYONE!!!

What an epic experience this was! From the moment we arrived, the staff were super friendly and helpful. We had the best zip lining guides, Eden & Will! They were super helpful, super funny and made us feel comfortable and ensured we enjoyed it all to the max! We did the canyon flyer which was such an epic course. I would go again soon just to relive the fun. Highly recommended!

I visited this place for the first time while up from Victoria on a quick holiday. The staff were really nice and helpful. Was easy to understand all the rules and how the carabiner worked to make sure you were always safe on the course. Highly recommend giving this a go.

The kids had an absolute ball. They over came some gear of height issues in the process as well. Would highly recommend for the family

Five stars for the team at Three Top Challenge in Mount Tamborine, and a special shoutout to Melody! Her warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine care for the kids made our visit unforgettable. Melody went above and beyond—engaging with the children, offering extra support, and creating a safe, fun environment that felt truly welcoming. This was fun but hard to do in the heat, we had originally book to do the canyon flyer but didn't realize we had a member under 40kgs, so as she couldn't do it we changed our booking easily to the treetop challenge they also accommodated a refund for me as I wasn't up for it.

Great place. But need to be fit otherwise you are in trouble. Excellent customer service and safety is priority. More zip lines to cool down would be great...

Great experience from a great team. Was made to feel welcome from the moment me and my son entered the office. Absolutely stunning scenery and very professional team that made you feel safe the entire time. Will definitely return when on holiday there again.

My daughter and her friends love tree top. They do the courses a few times every year. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great fun place for kids and adults too!

Had such a fun day on the zip line! We had the best instructors with us Eden and Lizzie highly recommend if you want to have a laugh, they definitely made you feel at ease. Thankyou for an awesome day we will definitely be coming back!

Lizzie and Eden were THE BEST hosts. Very safety conscious, great on briefings but also funny and up for a chat. They helped us all conquer our fears and made our 3 hours amazing. Great experience. 10/10 would recommend.

Didn't think I would basically nearly break my ankle each time. Thought it was going to be more zip lines than ankle breaking wobbly stuff. Especially the verticle logs on red. It ruinned my mood for the rest of the sanctuary so had to leave. Fine with zip lines, not with wobbly wood challenges.

So much fun for my family of four (kids aged 8&10). We felt looked after, safe and guided when needed by the staff.
