Lots of different levels for the challenges. Took about 3 hours to do them all. Very fun.

A great place for a lovely walk

At the Big Pineapple tree top park, the guy names Micky on the reception desk is extremely rude when we were at the base trying to take off harness to have some food before trying another course. He was not only rude to us saying we cannot eat outside the office for no reason, also he said to a kid after asked some questions, "look at my name tag, Micky also the manager, you don't tell me how to do my job". I don't know why he would be working at a such family friendly environment and not being friendly. On top of that, we have been to the Gold Coast tree top park for several times, so we have no hesitate to give it a go when we received the discounted voucher from the new park. But this Micky The Manger refuse to give us the discounted price because he did not see a CODE in the email whereas it says clearly we can spend 39 instead of 55 as returned guest. He is not being helpful/professional. I don't know how he could manage the team with a personality like that. I would not suggest any of my friends to bring kids there if he still acting that way.

It was heavy raining day but we enjoyed it. Staff was nice and friendly. Great place for have a fun with your friends and family.

TreeTop Challenge is an amazing day out for the family. The zip lines are challenging, but so much fun. There's a mini challenge area for the kids (between 3 and 7), too. So everyone gets to finish the day exhausted and sleep very well.

What an awesome experience with spectacular views. Our instructors Jay Zee and Sophie were safe, professional and explained everything thouroghly.

Fun course for the little ones. Originally was planning to leave the kids at the kids course and we go on the adult course but turn out the adult has to stay with the kids...

Absolutely amazing experience! Highly recommend to families with teenage kids. Our big kids had a ball on the Tree Top Challenge, and The Big Pineapple is right next door for those with little kids too short for the course.

top experience! real fun! best things is to get there early morning in order to enjoy all the levels with no rush! the zip line is the best part! :D

This was so much fun! We had a 1.30pm booking and weren’t able to get through as many courses as we wanted to. I’d recommend either going in the morning or no later than midday if you want to get the best value out of the park. The staff were friendly and informative. You don’t have to be super fit to do this, only a bit adventurous for the beginner courses and very adventurous and probably a fair bit fitter for the difficult courses. I’m giving it 4 stars rather than 5 because it says on their website that they close at 5 but we were the last ones back to base and were there at 4.30 so felt like we could’ve got a bit more in. Maybe not and I suppose the staff do have to have everything packed away so that they can finish at 5. Anyway, it was good and I would recommend going. I’ll be going again 😀

Great experience, covering all the courses in one day is tiring however great value. Will definitely be back again! Staff were really helpful and genuinely friendly. Midway exit points for longer courses would be a great addition for those struggling to finish.
