My partner and I had a great time today with Emil and Will! Emil was very accommodating and Will had great energy. He was engaging and clear with the safety instructions and made the experience way more fun by vibing with us doing the YMCA. I loved the range of difficulty and highly recommend going on a weekday as the queues are much shorter. Thoroughly enjoyed and hope to come back again!

This was a first time experience for me and my friend with zip lines—we’re both afraid of heights—and it was such a fun experience. We did the canyon flyer and high ropes in one day and it was honestly amazing. The staff were really sweet and nice and they made everything feel super comfortable. For the flyer we had Shai and Declen and for the treetop challenge we had Lizzie and Cooper. Thank you for saving me Cooper, I swear had fun. We will absolutely be coming back at some point in the future to do it again (though maybe only one in the day cause this is *very* tiring).

We celebrated our son’s birthday with 15 kids at the junior treetop challenge and they all had the best time ever! Thank you to everyone who works there, you are all doing an amazing job!

I live in England and am currently in Australia visiting family. This ziplining experience was my more adventurous sister's idea and while it's not my usual choice of activity due to a moderate fear of open heights I wanted to do something different and decided to try and overcome my fears. Despite initially being very nervous our guides Lizzy and Shai were fantastic at calming my nerves and were so supportive and patient throughout the experience and by the end of the 8 ziplines I was absolutely loving it and wishing i could go on a few more! I can't recommend this enough it was absolutely amazing!

We arrived on time but the queue of people having to do the consent form was huge , we had already done this online. We tried to get round but by the time we managed to get past them we are told we were too late for the tree top challenge- which is abit of a joke as we arrived before 12:45. It was no fault of our own that we could not get past the people in front. The wildlife sanctuary was good but we payed for the activity… not the sanctuary. We want a refund or at least some money back considering we couldn’t do what we paid for even tho we were on time and pre filled in the forms to ‘save time’ like it said. Really not happy.

The staff were so supportive with me and my son and my 2 girls. They were so patient and encouraged us throughout! We would definitely recommend it!

The overall course was fun, I found it quite repetitive though with the obstacles throughout the difficulty, not overly challenging in comparison to others I’ve experienced. The staff were friendly, however their was one staff member who was questioning whether I was physically able to do the longer ‘demanding course’.. I felt quite off put by the comment. Overall, the experience was good and we enjoyed ourselves.

10/10 recommend! It is very safe I had a blast! definitely takes some physical effort but when I pushed myself too hard and ended up getting stuck on a zip line from heat exhaustion, the guy at the reception desk was fast to find me and help me get down and was so kind that I didn’t feel embarrassed about it at all. Definitely know your limits but 10 out of 10 recommend I will for sure do this again!!!
