You will have a fantastic experience!! Regardless of ability, the tour guides are great with their guidance and reassurance giving you confidence to do it all!!! Trust me I’m coming on 50, I’m not that keen on heights and I will definitely be doing this again!! Thank you to all the staff there. Highly recommended to all!!!

Amazing experience
An amazing experience with my almost 18 yr old son. He didn’t quite make the platform and went backwards and the instructor Claire was awesome in hauling the big fella back to the platform. Thanks to to Claire and Blair for a great afternoon.

Beyond amazing. I am a 52 year old reasonably athletic woman and managed this easily. At the first zip line I totally freaked out and decided to withdraw BUT the crew member came up quietly and talked me through and I completed the first part. After that I didn’t look back. I wish I knew the name of this staff member because he made my trip to Queensland. There are different levels of high ropes to complete so it’s up to you what you want to do. I loved it. I’m coming back to this beautiful place. It’s 6 stars from me. The staff should be really proud of themselves, they are slick.

We had a great time zip flying through the treetops. Our guides Dan and Alejo looked after us so well thanks again guys. If your thinking of going, Don't just go. We would definitely go again.

Hello my name is Kai and I have autism who had meltdowns a few years ago. Last year January 2025 me and my family and my aunt’s family went here to have fun! But the beginning didn’t go as planned as I rode the zipline my foot didn’t make to the end and I was pulled back and stuck that I had a biggest meltdown that I haven’t seen in a long time. Crying and calling for help and getting angry and yelling. I try to push myself to the end but my bones were tired accepting that I was going to be stuck. Kids and other family’s looks at me and I think they were calling me an idiot and I think they were laughing. Now before the staff showed me the instructions in the video. I was paiying attention to the video and know what to do. But didn’t go as planned. There were a couple people down me who calmed me down and says everything is going to be okay. The staff are very caring and when they rescued my mum and dad tolled the staff I was autism and has special needs and so they tried to help me. Looking at the obstacles I was still in tears and scared of falling. When I went to the second zipline it was a sucess I was starting to love the obstacles so I only did 2 difficulty obstacle courses. The staff are very nice and caring and I would recommend going here. But for myself I won’t be coming back because i am still having negative flashbacks of my meltdown to this day.
