I recently attended this pasta class and found it to be fairly ordinary. It felt more like a demonstration than an instructional experience. The presenters were polite, but not very personable, and the overall vibe seemed corporate. For example, instead of teaching us to make gelato, we just watched them make it and then tasted it. When it came to pasta, the presenter walked through the process once, then sent us back to our stations while they cleaned up. There was no guidance or feedback as we worked, unlike other classes I’ve taken where instructors circulated and helped. On the positive side, the pasta, fillings, and sauce were delicious, and I appreciated that they prepared special pesto and ravioli for a vegan participant—a thoughtful touch. That said, I was still hoping for a more hands-on and interactive experience. Also, serving white wine at a pasta class felt like an odd choice. Overall, enjoyable food but disappointing instruction. The format needs to be changed.

This was a fun cooking experience. The chefs that led the class were informative and funny. Everyone was friendly and we all enjoyed our finished pasta and gelato. Would definitely recommend this class.

Really well managed trip! On time, convenient and good mode of transport. Ramona our tour guide was really funny and helpful, drove us around to three wineries. The wineries were great, especially the last one! The food was amazing, and even though it was just wine tasting, we were drunk by the end of the tour!

It is more of a fun activity than learning something new about Italian cooking - and for that I think it is a bit overpriced. The only thing you get to do is to make and shape the dough for the pasta. Everything else was done before or during the class by the chef - and all you get to do is watch and listen. Dont get me wrong, the chefs were nice, there was nice music, wine and a good mood. But for that, the price for me personally is too high.

Hands down must do experience when In Milan! Our chef was so informative and I walked away with a fountain of knowledge. The hands on experience was so good and we had such a laugh as well. So happy with my little certificate as well. Hopefully we can come back again. Thank you 🤍
