Chef Anna was so friendly & informative. She stopped and explained every step and offered help when some were struggling. Was fun & interactive. The dishes were amazing and we joined the pizza class to learn about gelato. 2 pasta dishes, gelato & wine, we rolled on out! 3pm was the best time as it made for an early dinner.

Fabio was a superb guide! It’s obvious he has deep passion and knowledge of Sicilian history and he did an excellent job of sharing that with the group. He was especially good at answering questions of some group members who had less subject matter knowledge in a way that was gracious and sensitive. He could be easily heard, he moved at a good pace and the organization of the information was very well planned. Excellent job Fabio!

Goede activiteit en prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Mocht wel meer hands on zijn met ook het zelf maken van de sauzen en gelato, in plaats van enkel het maken van de pasta. Kookruimte wel zeer mooi, wordt tussendoor ook telkens gereinigd zodat je op een proper aanrecht kan werken!

This tour was a wonderful experience to enter the Firenze Duomo in dark and silence then watch it come to life. In this small group tour our guide Greta provided so much information on the duomo, it's architecture, it's paintings. She escorted us up into the cuppla where we had breathtaking 360°views of Firenze. This is a priceless, once in a lifetime experience! Thank you
