Unser guide Lidia hat es uns immer sehr gut erklärt und uns geholfen und es war eine sehr aufgeschlossene atmosphere. Mein partner und ich haben diesen Kurs zusammengemacht und waren davon sehr begeistert. Defenitiv ein Muss wenn man lernen möchte wie man richtig pizza und Gelato macht. Wie haben nicht nur die tolle Erfahrung gemacht sondern haben auch ein polaroit Bild und das rezept für die Pizza und Gelato bekommen sowie aber auch gang viele unterschiedliche italienische Rezepte.

It was fantastic — a perfect mix of history, scenery, and local flavor. Erice was absolutely beautiful with its medieval streets and incredible views, and the Marsala salt pans were fascinating to see up close. The winery visit was a highlight — great tasting, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. The pacing was just right and everything ran smoothly. I’d highly recommend this day trip to anyone visiting western Sicily

the chef was funny and she made the class more interesting. She explained everything in details and helped those that needed hemp. I recommend this activity.
