Duccio was the best teacher, he made the pasta making enjoyable and educational! The pasta's we made were delicious and have encouraged my mum, sister in law and I to make more from scratch at home. A fantastic 3 hours, plenty of laughs, red wine and incredible pastas! 5 stars!

This was sooo much fun! What a great change of pace, literally!, from all the walking around the city. I had never made pizza dough, or gelato before, and chef Andrea motivated me enough to go home and try it. He explained, and then demonstrated the process slowly, and really had such a personable way of interacting with his “students”. Very highly recommend.
