This tour is amazing. Our tour guide Laura was incredible and told us all about the history of the city and was quite knowledgeable on even the subtle things around. She interacted a lot with us and the rest of the group and was very friendly. The tour went all around the historic centre as she told us all about the history of different buildings and even dove into some of the mafia involvement in the city and the movement against them. Amazing tour, Amazing guide and an incredible experience all round.

We signed up for pasta and gelato but only ended up doing pasta and no time was spent on explaining gelato nor on making it. This was entirely skipped and the chef didn’t even try to apologize for it. We got some serve of gelato at the end with some industrial cookie chips on top but this felt like a show down

The class could have moved along much faster. We spent too much time making the dough and preparing the pasta, which limited us to work on the sauces and no time for the gelato. We chose this class because we were supposed to participate in making the gelato but we ran out of time. We had two younger kids in the class, but guide could have moved us along. Facilities were top notch, very impressive. Good class for very young chefs as skills learned were very basic. Not for people with average to advanced skills. Overall, had a good time and enjoyed ourselves. Just not as great as cooking classes completed in other locations.
