The only thing that we wished was different was that we would have done this class the first couple of days we were in Rome instead of at the end of our trip. Not only was it a great time but we learned what to look out for when visiting restaurants and gelato shops. Our host was excellent.

Really enjoyed our tour. It felt expensive but was worth it. Unfortunately the venue unexpectedly closed at the time of our tour, which could have been a disaster but the Tour Guide was brilliant. She calmly re-arranged us for later in the day. We had her explanation at the allotted time, which was really interesting and was a 'must' for us to really appreciate what we were seeing - the couple of hours in between gave us chance to process and reflect. Once inside yo do feel a bit 'herded' but they are trying to get everyone through on time.

We had a lovely, relaxing day. Our guide, Christina, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The Cinque Terre is a beautiful area—well worth seeing.

Voici une version structurée, élégante et percutante : ⸻ Un très beau moment partagé en famille autour de ce cours de pizza avec Matteo. Beaucoup d’humilité dans sa manière de transmettre, une pédagogie claire et accessible, qui met immédiatement en confiance. On apprend sans pression, avec plaisir. Les pizzas étaient délicieuses, tout comme la glace avec des produits d’une qualité qu’on aimerait rencontrer bien plus souvent. Mention spéciale pour les conseils, concrets et directement applicables. On repart avec l’envie immédiate de se lancer à la maison. Merci encore Matteo !
