Le lieu est agréable, et bien pensé. Notre chef était au top, avec une orchestration parfaite. Je recommande cette belle expérience. Juste dommage qu il n’y ait pas de propositions en français.

The cooking class had a very calm and peaceful atmosphere. It was interesting to learn all the tips about making pizza and gelato. We were provided great variety of ingredients to put on our pizzas. Chef was very friendly and welcoming. Very satisfied with the experience but wine was not tasty.

Our cooking class was fantastic! We learnt so much and didn’t stop laughing the throughout. The chef Marcello was great. He was friendly, full of knowledge and had a great sense of humour. We are so glad we took part in this class as it will be a memory we will never forget.

Enrica was fantastic. She has deep knowledge and archeological experience and Skol filou gave an idea of how the town of Agrigento looked and funcioned in Greek times and how things changed subsequently. At her suggestion we visited the Archeological Museum and loved it. Only widgets Enrica had been there with us to paina a better picture of the many artifacts the museum has. Do look for Enrica if you are planning a trip to Agrigento.

We thoroughly enjoyed this class. My sons, age 13 and 9, had a blast and even discovered some new fave sauces. Our chef instructor was very engaging and included the kids in the effort. The wine, the dishes, and the other guests in the class were delightful. We did the 3pm class and sat down to eat around 5pm, and left at 6pm. This was perfect timing as an early dinner so we wandered around and capped off the evening at a bar with dessert & cocktails.
