This cooking class was just okay. The setting is an industrial kitchen, which feels a bit sterile and impersonal, and the space was quite crowded. There is also a significant amount of downtime throughout the class. We have taken cooking classes in other cities, and our guides have kept things lively and entertaining during those lulls, but that wasn't the experience here. We made small talk with the family next to us to pass the time. That said, the pizza was delicious, and we're excited to recreate it at home.

the Vesper ride was awesome and the care taken by the staff to make sure beginners felt comfortable.

Salvo was the most incredible guide, he was so in touch with the Italian culture but could also relate to us in such an incredible way where he could bring us into it and make us feel like family. Absolute 10/10

Vi var skuffede over at vi ikke smagte vores egne pasta. Der burde være kogeblus og gryde til alle, så man smagte sin egen pasta. Overskriften skrev gelato kursus, men vi smagte en is og det var ikke et kursus…

L'activité s'est bien passée grâce à notre guide Massimo qui nous a accompagné qui avait à cœur que tout soit parfait et le chauffeur était également très professionnel. Cefalu est magnifique et s'était très agréable de déambuler dans les petites rues et de faire des arrêts pour visiter la cathédrale, le musée et les autres beautés du site. Un bémol cependant pour l'arrêt pour visiter la cathédrale de Monreale car nous avons dû payer l'entrée alors qu'elle était normalement inclus dans la prestation et le temps imparti d'une heure est vraiment trop court pour ce type de visite qu'on a dû faire à l'arrache. C'était frustrant. Merci à Town of Italy de rectifier et d'adapter cette excursion pour un meilleur rendu.
