I don’t even know where to begin. If you’re considering this trip - DO IT! The two Vespa ladies (Marissa and Layla) were amazing, they shared some of their own experience being natives of Italy and the love they have for their country. The Vespa ride was absolutely beautiful, everyone had to do a test to make sure you were solid driving a Vespa or Tupelo before taking off. The wine tasting and lunch were delicious and at such a beautiful location. A piece of me will always be here and I’m so grateful for the time everyone took to curate such an experience. Thank you.

Great class for learning how to make basic pasta and sauces. The instructors were knowledgeable, helpful and patient-we had a lot of fun! Group size was perfect. Highly recommend!

We had a group of 12 so had a tough time finding a more authentic Italian experience cooking class. This was “fine”. We made it fun but it is in a very stark, commercial looking kitchen space in an office building. We made 3 types of pasta which were all great but my teenage boys left hungry. We did not make gelato but got to taste some at the end. From the title it says pasta and gelato making class but you do not actually make gelato. I would only recommend this class if you have a big group since it’s had to find a better cooking class experience. If you have a smaller group I am sure you could find a more authentic experience.
