While we did not have a licensed guide for the trip, Reynoldo did a great job of pointing out the sites and answering our questions. Erice was a charming medieval town with incredible views. The salt pans were interesting and wished a stop at the museum or a ride on the boat around the salt pans were included. While we are not wine connessieurs, we really loved the winery tour, tasting and lunch! The tour made it very easy to visit 3 tourist destinations in 1 day.

Fun activity that gives you a chance to slow down, learn a new skill and meet other people as you learn to make pasta together. The in instructors were fun, engaging and very informative at the same time. Highly recommend!
