Best chef in the WORLD! Federico H. He was fun, funny, kind, professional and very attentive. My kids learned a lot and he got them interested in cooking. He covered all areas of pizza and Gelato, history, quality ingredientes, preparation, funny stories and very knowledgeable on the subject. He was very accommodating and patient. This was one of the highlights of our trip thanks to him. We would come back anytime!

We had a wonderful time! Our driver Francesco was great and took good care of us. Our guide in Siena was very knowledgeable and shared some very interesting information about the town. The wine tasting and dinner was delicious!

Really impressed with the tour , the guide (cannot recollect her name, sorry ) but she explained things quite nicely. the anticipation she built was really good and she was very informative as well. highly recommend

Fantastic class - plenty to do and plenty to eat!! Highly recommend. Arrive a little early - for sure - they have to map out cook times for everything, but the warnings to arrive over 15 minutes early were not necessary.

Great tour
This experience was amazing! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and the climb up to the duomo was really something else. To see the frescoes that close wow!! I would definitely recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of attending the Pizza Master Class and Gelato experience, and I can confidently say it was one of the best culinary adventures I've ever had! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The instructors were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly passionate about their craft. They guided us through the entire pizza-making process, from selecting the freshest ingredients to mastering the art of dough stretching. It was a hands-on experience that allowed everyone, regardless of skill level, to feel like a true pizzaiolo! The highlight, of course, was the tasting. pizza we made was unique, bursting with flavor and freshness. I was amazed at how much I learned in just a few hours. And let’s not forget the gelato! After the pizza-making session, we were treated to a delightful gelato-making demonstrations and Ofcourse ice cream cone making time. High 5 to the team!

Although the tour started 15 minutes late, we spent almost 90 mins in the capo market. Selina was a local and it showed. She had the knowledge and the connections. The dielrections for the cooking were accurate and helpful although it’s watch and participate, no one is making their own thing on their own induction like other classes. But everyone is welcome to stir/add/roll pastry etc. everyone makes their own aranchini which were spectacular. Was a great experience all round and enjoyed by all.

Really fun and entertaining cooking class with Jon! Learned how to make pizza dough and gelato! And we got to eat our creations. The food was really good!
