The pasta and gelato cooking class was very informative. Limited baseline skill was required, instructions were simple. It was interesting to learn more about food science and why certain steps are completed during prep, cooking and storage. Chef also provided local cafe and restaurant recommendations.

Il tour per la città dí Palermo è stato veramente gradevole. La nostra guida Stefania si è soffermata negli angoli più caratteristici del centro, per spiegarci non solo l’aspetto storico ma anche tante curiosità e leggende che hanno catturato la nostra attenzione. Diciamo che attraverso questo tour che consiglio assolutamente si possono visitare in meno di tre ore, i punti più interessanti del centro storico. Inoltre devo aggiungere con piacere che pur essendo un tour in lingua inglese, per noi italiani è stato doppiamente istruttivo anche perché Stefania, la nostra guida, è una persona molto carina ed a modo, parla un inglese pulito e semplice! Molto soddisfatti.

Instructions on how to find your guide should be clearer - there are many guides in front of the church in the morning and we had to queue to ask each one if our names were included in their list. They were all brusque and not at all friendly. The tickets are overpriced - you just get in and see the painting for 15 min before your groups gets led out. I can say I've seen the famed painting now but not much else.

Wonderful experience- Convenient location (above the Mercato Centrale on the west side of the Milano Centrale train station. it’s bit hidden so make sure to got there early if you have never been - take the stairs up and walk to the end you will see the Scuola signs-) The cook/cooking instructor Fabrizio was informative, fun, calm/patient and a great teacher! We learned to make 2 types of ravioli shapes and tagliatelle. & vanilla gelato! Seasonal recipe using radicchio for the pest sauce was very interesting and had great flavor. Truly worth the experience and highly recommended!! We love to visit Italy so we will definitely consider another class in the future.

Do NOT book this tour. This company has no empathy and doesn't care about its customers.
I have never left a poor review for any service in my life before but I was treated so badly by this company who made zero effort to stick to their own schedule despite the fact that I explained when I arrived I had another booking at the uffizi 15mins after their tour was due to complete. We did not even start the tour until 40 mins after we arrived which meant we would have to make our own way back to base due to their late start. After we arrived. 20 mins into the tour we stopped for a toilet break (support coffee shop) and was told there would be another toilet break in 20 mins. I asked could this second toilet break be delayed until after we had to leave so that at least we could get to experiencess as much of the tour as possible but no this did not happen. It was more important that we stopped to buy at their chosen cafes then to facilitate their customers. The tour guide was poor and did not tell me much I didn't know already. We cycled back to base by ourselves and I was upset and asked politely if they would consider at least a partial refund. I have not heard from them since.

The tour says Gelato Tasting, but there was no gelato tasting. My kids were very disappointed.

Unser Chefkoch Fabricio war super! Er hat alles sehr detailliert und gut erklärt. Wir haben viel gelernt, weil er uns auch italienische Details (z.B. Unterschied Ice cream vs. gelato) verraten hat. Auch das Nachkochen zu Hause (ohne Eismaschine) war nachvollziehbar erklärt. Es hat super Spaß gemacht und würden wir jederzeit empfehlen.

Amazing tour, definitely worth every penny to skip the massive lines. Only let down by our headphone sets continuously dropping out and our tour guide providing us with too many movies analogies to explain the same points over and over. Different guide, different experience.
