We LOVED it! It was the best experience we had in Milan. Our 2 year old daughter loved it too! Alfredo was an excellent teacher and his assistant was such a great help that made the world experience superb! We will definitely recommend this to others. 😉

Awesome trip! There were ten of us, so they split us in half, and we had two drivers with 5 passengers in the luxury minivans. Our driver/ guide, Renato, was excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave lots of information about the medieval town, Erice and the Marsala salt flats. We had an excellent lunch at a winery where the food and wine were paired together. We had been warm the last few days and decided not to bring sweaters with us, but, the elevation of Erice and the winds were super cold! We bought sweatshirts as our souvenirs!

We thoroughly enjoyed this experience. At the same time, we discovered what mistakes we had made when making our own pizza at home. Alfredo showed us the secrets of authentic Italian pizza, gelato and cookie bowls, into which we then put the gelato. We can definitely recommend it.

Der Kurs war eine super schöne Erfahrung. Nadia, unsere Pizzabäckerin, war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und sehr geduldig mit uns. Sie hat uns jeden Schritt verständlich erklärt und gezeigt. Sie hat jeden von uns dort abgeholt wo wir Kenntnis mäßig waren. Unsere Truppe war zudem auch sehr lustig. Ich kann diesen Kurs jedem empfehlen, der in Bella Italia, Urlaub macht. Das ist definitiv ein „Must Do“ im Leben. Es gab reichlich Wein und reichlich alkoholfreie Getränke wie Sprite, Coca Zero, uvm. Eis war sehr lecker. Es gab Schokoeis für alle. Nadia hat uns dafür das Rezept gezeigt. Kurze Anmerkung: Für diesen Preis hätte ich mir nur gerne noch mehr Topping für die Pizza gewünscht. Es gab nur die klassischen Toppings wie Mozarella, Kapern, Salami, Basilikum, usw. Eine Burrata und Mini Tomaten wäre noch cool gewesen. Außerdem war der Wein relativ billig. Ein typischer sizilianischer Wein wäre vllt besser gewesen. Sonst kann ich den Kurs wärmstens empfehlen.
