Scam

It’s a scam. They didn’t give proper directions to reach, did not attend calls or guide to the start of the class. After we ran for about half an hour around the Central Market, we finally figured out the place but they denied entry stating we were late. They didn’t even let us watch or at least inside after getting full payment. I fell sick after this. Worst experience ever. Total scam and waste of money. Very harsh attitude and purely interested in looting money.

Our tour guide was very informative. It’s hard to get tickets to see The Last Supper and having a tour guide helped. I also appreciated her history and interpretation of the painting.

The sign for the tour operator is small, so keep an eye out for it! Very friendly and our tour guide was very knowledgeable.

A must see while in Florence

Of course the main purpose of our visit was to see Michelangelo's famous David statue. And it did not disappoint! But there is so much more to see inside this fabulous gallery. Works by Botticelli, Ghirlandaio, Stradivari, and many more. Our guide was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Without a guide the tour would be seriously lacking.

Disappointed

We paid for the: Shared Skip-the-Line Early Entrance Vatican Museums Tour with the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica. On our documentation it specifically states the Sistine Chapel and St Peter's Cathedral will always be included unless it's a night tour or Wednesday and we didn't do either. We were told during our tour that St Peters would not be included because of a recent change, however she said the change was made weeks ago and we were never advised that it would not be included. We received extra time in the museum, but that's not what we paid for. When we got to St Peter's Cathedral, we had to wait in the long line that was supposed to be avoided by being in the group tour. What made it worse was that we saw several other groups entering the Basilica on tours while we were there. Even if the guide couldn't go in for some reason, she could have at least walked us to the Basilica and explained what we would be looking at because again, that's what we paid for.

Included a guided tour of Siena learning the history of the town and the famous horse races. On your own walking thru the quaint village of San Gimignano. Our driver gave us the history and some stops to make on the drive from Florence. She stopped for view and pictures along the way. Topped off with tour and dinner at boutique historic winery. Beautiful site, learned about their wine and olive oil, great tastings of 3 wines and two oils and a delicious meal. Highlight of trip.

Es un tour muy recomendable. Sibila es una guia muy profesional. La información que proporcionó fue concreta, directa y su estilo es amable y natural. Son muchos escalones para llegar a la cima! Llega un momento en el cual el corazón se agita pero vale totalmente la pena el esfuerzo de subir para llegar a la maravillosa terraza y disfrutar de la vista sin igual de Florencia!
