Did not get what we paid for

Not up to Viator standards. Waited in line to enter. Tour did not include what was listed. Tour guide was knowledgeable but unorganized. Hard to understand imparting to many details which did not make the tour more enlightening. Did not include St.Peters as stated. Tour ended after leaving Sistine Chapel. We did not get the “shortcut” to Basilica. Had to go separately and wait in that long line. Tour guide said she didnt know why it wasn’t included. Go with another tour company. Expected crowds and slow going, but, this tour was not worth the money.

Super fun and rewarding

This was hands down the most fun I’ve ever had on a tour. The Fiat was incredibly easy to drive, though navigating Rome can be a bit intense for those unfamiliar with its chaotic traffic. That said, if you embrace the challenge, the experience is deeply rewarding. I can’t think of a better way to explore the city—Rome is vast, and every alleyway seems to hide a stunning piece of history or unexpected beauty. What made it even better was the tour guide, Anastasia. She was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also generous with fantastic restaurant and sightseeing tips. Absolutely superb!

Best - we were shown the architectural highlights of Palermo. Areas to improve on - 1."small group" does not mean 17 people enock way how many were on our group. 2. Do a better job of establishing the timeline the various settlers/invaders of Sicily. 3. For those who don't speak Italian, the narrative was very fast and at times hard to understand for those whose rates are not attuned to the accent. 4. If we had wanted a food tour, we would have signed up for one of the other GYG tours offered.

great tour and going early was good,and the meeting was at the tiffany store by the duomo not the main tiffany store

Ha sido una estafa, habiendo reservado con tres meses de antelación, han suspendido la actividad tres dias antes. Al ser una actividad muy demandada es imposible comprar otras entradas con tan poco margen de tiempo. Su muy indeseable gestión nos ha supuesto no poder visitar el cenacolo vinciano.

Great fun! Well organized!

Our knowledgeable chefs Filippo and Salvatore were great fun! They were passionate about the food and their country! Market tour was interesting and an amusing insight to Sicilian street food. The whole thing was very well organized. Would highly recommend for all ages ( we were 14yrs to 84yrs!) Great atmosphere !

Die Tour war sehr schön und informativ. Wir haben viel gesehen und zum Abschluss einen Cannelono probiert. Die Tour sollt von 9.-12.00 Uhr gehen war aber 11.25 Uhr schon zu Ende. War unser Guide nur früher fertig? Sonst hätte man die Tour gleich für 2,5 Stunden anbieten können.
