this tour was the best thing we have done so far in italy, we went to milan, venice and then here in florence, the tour guides were great, very enthusiastic, friendly and informative, You get a great experiance for your money and it is well worth it, I was also able to mount my insta360 X4 camera to the scooter so i was able to film the whole ride plus everything we did at each stop, the views and roads were lovely, the riding went smoothly for all, and then the wine tasting and the meal we had was also very good, 10/10✨️👍🏻

Amazing. Simply amazing. I wasn’t sure what we were letting ourselves in for - but can we just talk about how amazing, generous, kind and passionate our chef Alice was? Her knowledge, humour and love of food made this such a great experience for me and my family. I cannot recommend this enough. The next time I’m back in Florence - and I will be back - I’m signing up for another class. Thank you so very, very much. The lunch we cooked was the best I’ve eaten and I’m proud of my family and Alice for making it happen.

The whole experience was brilliant. Both our chefs were lovely and took the time to explain what they were doing and took us through the whole process of creating (and eating) a delicious three course meal. The wine wasn’t bad either. Overall a really enjoyable and educational experience. Don’t worry if you don’t eat fish or are vegetarian. The whole experience takes that possibility into account.

Great wine tour.

The tour was great! Our guide Heathr was fantastic!! He was so easy to talk to and was very informative. Would definitely request him again! Wineries were different from each other but all wonderful. We ordered wine from each one. The tour was easy to manage and we would use the company again.

Avoid this group

I used towns of Italy in Rome to see the Vatican museum, Sistine chapel, and the St. Peter’s basilica tour. I would not recommend this tour. I feel the point of a tour is to help me navigate an unknown place and feel less stressed. It was not accomplished. Even before the tour, I read in their email or instructions that I had to provide the name of the people in my group. However it did not ask for this information when signing up and I was the one who had to reach out to them and ask where to send that particular information. I also picked a tour because I was hoping to avoid some lines. Maybe a tour group entrance but no we waited with everyone else. I had already heard there was no real skip the line but I had previously done one tour to the Vatican, not through this company, and I felt it was a lot smoother with the other company. Additionally the equipment they used for the tour is crap. We had trouble hearing the tour guide in the mic. She even had to switch it out at one point cause all you could hear was background noise. As for the speakers it was in and out if she got a little too far from the tour guide. It was heavy as you put the whole piece on your ear. My mom had a hard time keeping it on her ear and as she tried to adjust the piece that held on to her ear it broke. I did enjoy the small amount of information we could hear during the tour. The tour guide was informative. I just think there is definitely room for improvement. Now the worst part about not being able to hear is that at one point the tour guide left us so we could go into the Sistine chapel, not sure why though as other tour guides were in the room of the Sistine chapel with their tours. Well since the speakers were in and out, we ( a family of 4) missed some information she must of given about meeting up, cause we lost our tour group and guide. The Sistine chapel room was so packed with people, my mom didn’t feel well so we exited. Expecting to see our tour guide. We never found them and we couldn’t see anyone we recognized. We didn’t know what to do and we also had the equipment still. We managed to return the equipment to the Vatican as they are the ones who loan it to the group. You could say then it’s the Vatican museum fault for the faulty equipment but this tour group chose to use that equipment. I’m sure it’s not the first time it’s been faulty. You could see other tour groups with their own equipment. We had another tour, thankfully not with this group and there equipment was much better with no issue. We never found our group again and no one bothered to reach out. I wasn’t able to reach them via phone. I think this would of been much more enjoyable doing the tour on our own and far less expensive. For one or two people the price might not be bad but when you add it up a group of 4 it gets pricey. The only glimpse of the group we had after that was the sound from this faulty equipment and everyone saying goodbye. However with all the people we never saw them. I thought my tour included the St. Peter’s basilica but sounds like the tour ended before even reaching that area as we would of been too far to hear the voice, if they were near the basilica. All in all I would not recommend. The other tour we did was walks and devour tours for the colosseum , it was a much better experience thankfully.

Total fun for the whole family

Roberta was an excellent instructor, warm and funny and very helpful. My grandchildren especially now can't wait to make their own pasta dinner. All 4 felt it was their best experience in Florence.

It was so much easier with the guide as the arrangements at the site were slightly complex. Marco was fantastic guide, very knowledgeable and approachable. I was initially annoyed to pay so much more for a guided tour as tickets to go on my own were not available anymore but it was so much better with a guide who could explain and tell about the painting and the history and all. As you only get 15 minutes with the painting I felt the time was very well used as he was telling about the painting while I could focus on looking and taking photos. I felt I got so much more out of it than if I’d just gone on my own. I’m actually very happy I could not get tickets and had to pay more for this once in a lifetime experience!

Francesca - unser Guide - ist sehr professionell und die Führung durch die Vatikanischen Museen wirklich gut und interessant. Ich hatte diese Tour mit Besichtigung des Petersdoms gebucht, wir waren aber nicht im Petersdom!
