I think this trip is really hard because if you don’t pass the test it’s just not what you’ve paid for, if the Vespa is why you’ve chosen the tour. Of course we have to be safe so it’s understandable but there is not much more than a few minutes each to test the bikes before you’re told yes or no. If you think theres a chance you won’t pass I’d recommend a different Tuscan wine tour instead and the wine/lunch is very average and just tagged onto this at the end. If you don’t pass the test, we drove around in mini fiats which was an okay compromise but if you’re not driving a Vespa, you’d see the amazing views from any vehicle on a different/possibly better tour. The company message after booking to say it’s possible without motorbike experience but we were told on the day approx 50% of the groups pass by the rental worker, and if you don’t it’s obviously quite disappointing.

Kate was out tour guide and fantastic. Her knowledge of the Vatican and the sculptures were unbelievable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone planning on going to the Vatican. -Kelli

We recently had the pleasure of experiencing a cooking class and market tour with Chef Marcello, a talented Italian chef from Palermo, and it was truly an unforgettable experience for our family. We visited a local market, where Chef Marcello introduced us to the sights, sounds, and aromas of Sicilian cuisine. We sampled excellent Palermo street food and we bought the beef for Ragu and fresh Ricotta for cannoli. We learned how to prepare pasta, arancina and cannoli from scratch including techniques to model different shapes of Sicilian pasta. We had an excellent time. The guilds were excellent helping out but letting us do most of the work. I learned how to make a pizza and I can barely cook so all in all great success.

Felt very unorganized. We had to take pictures from the guide’s phone for our tickets even though we were issued tickets. It was very very difficult to understand her English so we really got nothing out of the tour. Very disappointing. She didn’t take us into the gift shop so we had to re-enter to go to the gift shop. They had an item I specifically wanted.

Incredible Experience

It was excellent, we cannot say enough good things about this tour. The chefs were professional, enjoyable and gave lots of tips and tricks. The food was some of the best we have had. An irreplaceable experience.
