Cooking Classes in Florence are a Must in Italy!!

Alice and Roberta were great instructors. The taught great techniques for the preparation of the pasta, sauces and gelato while keeping the process for each as simple as possible. We came away feeling we could easily duplicate these recipes at home.

Dario was professional and informative. I throughly enjoyed the class. Making pizza and gelato with a hands on experience was the best! My 92 yr old mom loved it! Make it a family affair.

Fantastic family fun making pizza and gelato In Sicily.

Lydia and Filippo were fantastic . They explained everything about Pizza and gelato making. They engaged everyone in our family group , from our 5 year old granddaughter to the parents to the grandparents. They made the evening special. Every time we eat pizza we will have many great memories. Thank you Lydia and Filippo.

Our cooking class in Milan was fantastic and a very enjoyable experience. The chef Alfredo was friendly and knowledgeable, guiding us through traditional recipes like fresh pasta and gelato.

This tour was great and was actually "skip the line". I've been on other tours where it says skip the line, but you still have to wait in line, just due to the nature of Florence's big crowds. However, we waited no time, and had exclusive access to the terraces of the Duomo, so it was not crowded at all. This is the perfect way to see the beauty of the Duomo, from inside, and above.

Our tour guide was great, was very informative however we were not able to go through St Peter Basilica as it was Jubilee Day so it was closed during the time of the tour so our tour ended in Sistine Chapel.

Enjoyable tour

Guide, Francesca, was professional and enthusiastic about subject matter. As a teacher for profession she had a skill set to make everything understandable and intresting. She was very polite and took her time to answer questions. And navigated easily through the crowded Colosseum making sure the group stayed together.

Mixed feelings

Okay so I gave this tour 4 stars but my husband and I have different opinions! He loved it and thought it was great! I on the other hand felt we spent entirely too much time on certain parts and felt as though this tour drug out. I also did not like just standing on a ledge it felt claustrophobic. My husband thought it was very detailed he agreed it drug on a little much but he enjoyed the views and seeing the top of the duomo!

The recipe and techniques were easy to remember and do and the pizza and gelato came out amazing! The instructors were very friendly and made the experience fun

Vielen Dank für tollen Tag und schönen Einblick in die sizilianische Küche. Wir haben einige Tricks zum besseren Kochen mitnehmen können. Das zubereitete Essen war sehr lecker. Marcello hat uns auch beim Marktbesuch viele Hinweise gegeben, die uns den Einkauf künftig leichter machen werden.
