Salvo lead a fantastic tour and cooking class from beginning to end. He was funny and helpful and even gave us tips on where to buy ingredients outside the market and restaurants to try. The facilities were very clean and everyone was professional and experienced. Very satisfied with the classes I’ve taken and would take more!

The Historic charm of Palermo

Our guide (we’re sorry we’ve forgotten her name) made the tour interesting and explained the history of Palermo and traditions in a very informative manner. We came away feeling we knew a great deal more about Palermo and especially what the buildings signified. It must be very difficult to keep people’s interest in a three hour tour but our guide was a true professional and no one could have any complaints. It was a mixed group, age wise, and some of the locations were a little troublesome under foot. In the end it was certainly money well spent and we would recommend it to anyone.

An absolutely wonderful experience! Alfredo was super nice and fun. The cooking studio was super clean and well organized . The lovely prosecco made the experience even more fun ☺️ Learnt a lot of new tips to recreate the authentic Neapolitan pizzas and gelato at home. Really fun evening! Highly recommended…

Highly recommend Matteo’s class!

We had so much fun in Matteo’s class. He’s a great instructor, and the food was delicious. We’ll definitely be making our own Neapolitan pizza at home, and he even told us how to make gelato in the freezer. We took the class at 3 pm, so the pizza we made was a delicious dinner. YUM.

This experience was amazing!! The cooking class was fun and informative and the trip to the market was awesome! Loved seeing all the fresh produce and fish and getting to try out some classic Sicilian street food!

Cathedral and Duomo Climb

The day couldn’t have been more perfect! We were blessed with beautiful clear day with mild temperatures. Our tour guide was so informative and very knowledgeable of the history of the Duomo. We so enjoyed the tour of the cathedral and the stories behind it. The climb to the top was adventurous and exciting! The views were phenomenal! We were happy to hear that our ticket also included the museum and Giotto’s tower! All were terrific!

We did the awakening tour. We were told to meet at 6:30, but didn’t start until 6:45. We walked back and forth around the Duomo, went inside for 10 minutes, then took a 20 minute breakfast break? Then walked around the duomo some more then finally went in to do the climb at 8:15. The climb was incredibly rushed, we were out by 9am. Tour guide was constantly checking her phone, never introduced herself, and seemed like she wanted to get the tour done as fast as possible. Everything felt very disorganized and there was a lot of wasted time. Very disappointed.

Our guide, Paulina, was good. She walked us around the town showing all the main monuments and markets. It was a good intro to the city. At the end we got our cannolo treats.
