The class was a lot of fun! Great directions! Learned lots of new information, enjoyed the other class participants, and of course the food we prepared was amazing! Touring and tasting at the market was also very special!

The trip was very well organised, with stunning views from Erice and a lovely light meal with a selection of wines at the winery - with detailed explanation of the viticulture and revival of ancient wine-production techniques. Thanks to all those involved.

Not for everyone, and it is only about 7-10 min on the top of the Duomo. No backpack, even very small, purse it is aceptable.

We enjoyed the experience immensely!! Alfredo & Matteo were excellent hosts, kept the drinks flowing and helped us whenever we needed it. Alfredo taught us many things we did not know about making pizza, we hope to be able to replicate these at home in Australia, but might need lots of practice!! Recipes were provided by email, as well as recommendations of places we would enjoy eating at whilst in Milan. Thanks so much for an amazing experience.

Exceeded expectations
Mateo and Alfredo made today’s cooking class both fun and educational. They made everyone feel at ease, regardless of their level of cooking, with humor, expertise and patience. The pace of the class was slow enough so that you had time to understand the process, yet fast enough so you didn’t realize how quickly the time was going by. We enjoyed delicious pizza and gelato, and will definitely try to replicate the experience at home.

A fun and expertly constructed class inside a professional kitchen, which includes a visit to the street market next door. The instructor Lidia was expert and easy going. Fellow Participants added to the fun and you did learn how to make some quite complicated dishes. A thoroughly enjoyable as well as instructive experience.
