What a wonderful way to spend the day. My family and I spent 3 days in Florence seeing the sights but my kids ages 10 & 12 enjoyed this the best. It was the first thing they talked about anytime anyone asked what their favorite part of the trip was. They describe our experience with details about the tasting in the Central Market and their new found love of truffles. The instructor was kind and encouraging when they were cooking and the kids were so proud of the meal they prepared. Would definitely do something like this again! Thanks for wonderful memories.

Great fun for families
Frederico was so much fun and my family has a great time. We made pizzas and learned how to make delicious gelato. The pizza was actually amazing and he really helped and was hands on when we needed a little guidance but not so overbearing as to do it himself. I've read other reviews about the wine and people complaining, Yes, it's not the best wine in the world, but it;s a local Tuscan wine and that's not the main reason you are there. The wine was good and yes you have to wait until after the pizza is in the oven, but if you can't wait on an hour for the wine to be served then maybe the problem is you. Book this class and learn a lot, have fun and eat delicious food you can say you made yourself by hand

Beautiful Day in Chianti Region on Vespas.
Incredible experience and would highly recommend it! Our tour guides were Yo and Haider and they made the experience VERY special. Gorgeous views, intriguing local history, and delightful lunch.We will definitely do it again the next time we visit.

The class was very enjoyable and Chef Salvo was informative and entertaining. The trip to the Street Market was great and I learned quite a bit. My only critique is that i was hoping for a more "hands-on" kitchen experience. The class was very large (19 participants) and so it just wasn't conducive a more interactive experience.

Pretty pricey when it did not include the apartments in the castle. Also, guide had a heavy accent and spoke very quickly - several people in our group had trouble following what she was saying.
