An Unforgettable Culinary Experience in Milan!

We had the most amazing time at the pizza and gelato workshop in Milan! The experience was fun, delicious, hands-on, and incredibly well-organized. Diego and Matteo, the chefs, were not only highly skilled but also warm, friendly, and genuinely passionate about sharing their knowledge. From kneading the dough to creating the perfect pizza and crafting our own gelato, every step was exciting and enjoyable. The atmosphere was relaxed yet professional, and I felt supported and encouraged throughout. This was without a doubt one of the highlights of our trip to Milan.

Early morning Awakening the Duomo

We were supposed to be the only ones accessing the duomo but I believe we were waiting for the key keeper and timing was off. We paid a lot of money to be the only ones at the top but in fact were not. I don’t believe this was any fault of our guide as she was awesome. I have two friends who did this tour and it sounded very different.

Want to be an Italiano cooking class and market tour!

Alice was a wonderful teacher, our tagliatelli, ravioli and tiramisu making was exceptional. Our visit to the market before class was fun and learned about local meats and artisinal goods that are used in local cuisine. I really loved that I was able to eat what I created during class, it was all fabulous! What a fun and informative 5 hour class.

Tuscan tour

Our guide Francesca had wonderful stories to share her knowledge of Florence, Siena and San Gimignano with us. We saw beautiful postcard views and had a nice dinner at a local winery with wine tasting. Our driver Christiano expertly guided us through our destinations. We had a fantastic experience, thank you!

Learn to make pizza & pasta in a True Italian way

I had an enlightening experience with Diego & Matteo in their Pizza, Pasta & Gelato classes. They both made the whole learning experience easy & great fun. Through our the classes they were generous and shared tips and tricks for making these Italian delicacies. I highly recommend Town of Italy cooking classes to everyone. With their way of teaching everyone can make pizza & pasta in true Italian way.
