The destinations are wonderful, but the excursion does not include a guide. The driver was excellent and fulfilled all our wishes.

This tour to Cinque Terra on April 24, 2026 was wonderful! The guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He checked in with the group many, many times making sure that everyone was comfortable and everyone’s expectations were met. He made wonderful lunch recommendations as well. YUM! Towns of Italy provided one of the few tours we went on during our two week trip that was not cancelled, rescheduled, or changed in some other way. Thank you Tours of Italy!

There was no guide. It was just driving in a van to two destinations. We had 3hrs unguided in Cefalu, as nice as the town is, 3hrs was far too much. Monreale cathedral was really nice, we had an hour, which probably wasn’t enough as the square behind the cathedral was missed.

We were part of a small group of people. The atmosphere was relaxed. The hosts spoke clearly and connected with everyone in the group.

Nous avons aimé le tour en Vespa. Les guides étaient très agréable, le pick up est facile à trouver. nous avons apprécié nous balader sur les routes a bord d'une vespa. nous avons eu beaucoup d'explications de la part des guides. cependant, nous regrettons que na degustation de vin ait été "minimale", un verre de blanc, de rosé et de rouge du domaine. Nous nous attendions à quelques explications œnologiques pour la dégustation mais ca n'a pas été le cas. Le repas fut bon, mais peu copieux. malgré tout nous recommandons cette belle expérience pour des amateurs de culture et de quelques "sensations" sur les routes toscanes !

Our tour was great. Our guide was amazing and very knowledgable. We booked a small group tour and it ended up being just two of us which made it even better. Lots of walking.

Fairly good. Thought it would be more on country roads versus riding on main roads and through town. Would’ve appreciated Tuscan hillside and rising to a winery. The stop in town before we ended our ride was a waste of time. There was nothing to do. No shopping. A farmers market which was useless to us. The winery we stopped at was very nice but the actual meal was below average compared to other meals we experienced. The pasta was out of a box and the sauce had no flavor. The olive tasting was one piece of bread with a drop of evoo. The wine tasting was minimal with one white, rose and red and explanation of how to purchase. For the price I’m sure there are other Vespa tours that offer more bang.

We had such a wonderful experience at this cooking class in Palermo with our chef Marcello! From start to finish, everything was enjoyable, welcoming, and authentic. We loved visiting the local market as well, it was a fantastic way to learn about Sicilian ingredients and culture and tasting their local food. The class itself was fun, hands-on, and very well organized. We learned so much while preparing delicious traditional dishes, and the atmosphere made the whole experience feel relaxed and memorable. Marcello was fab, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel involved. A perfect experience for anyone visiting Palermo who wants great food, local culture, and a genuinely fun time. Highly recommended, it was a trip highlight!
