Der Ausflug war wirklich toll! Die Guides Nicola und Hadir waren richtig klasse. Wir wurden in Florenz (direkt in der Stadt) mit einem Kleinbus abgeholt und zur Vespaschule (in den Bergen der Toskana, 40 min von Florenz) gefahren. Dort gab es eine gute Einweisung und die Guides haben alles versucht, damit jeder die kleine Vespa-Prüfung (eine Runde im Hof drehen) besteht. Trotz der guten Einweisung, gab es Teilnehmer, die leider nicht bestanden haben. Diese sind dann in einem kleinen E-Fiat hinterher gefahren. Da wir bereits Motorrad Erfahrung hatten, gab es keine Probleme und die Tour durch die Berge der Toskana war wunderschön. Anschließend stellten wir die Vespas ab und liefen zur Weinverkostung (5min). Dort gab es sehr gute Weine und ein total leckeres Olivenöl! Das nachfolgende Essen war auch sehr lecker und ausreichend!

Cinque Terre Tour
We had the best time on this tour!!! Swimming is a must during the summer!! Our tour guide was amazing and showed us all of the best places!!!

Disappointed in the customer service
I will preface this review by fully admitting that I got the start time wrong and that’s on me. We were on a cruise ship and I realized at 8:53am that our tour was at 9:00am and not 9:45am. We scrambled off and paid extra for a taxi to get us to the meeting place, which is a good 15 minute drive from the port. On the way I texted a message to the tour operator stating our situation. I was not expecting at all that the tour guide would wait for us. When we got there we immediately started walking the itinerary to try to find our group. I texted the operator twice more letting them know where we were and what time it was, hoping they could give us directions to our tour group. Radio silence from them for at least 45 minutes (from the first message in the taxi). When we finally got a reply they said there was nothing they could do since we were the ones who were late. We walked to the fourth stop, fairly certain we were there around the time the group would be getting there based on the itinerary times. I called their Italian office trying to get in contact with the tour guide. They only told me her name was Mariana and they had no way to reach her. We called out Mariana’s name in the crowded street and even went up to 4-5 tour guides who weee speaking English. Our tour ended up being self guided and information was courtesy of Wikipedia. We paid entrance fees already included in our tour. We ended up having a good time on our own and even visited places not on the tour. The reason for the poor review is that we were very disappointed that the tour operator could not help us at all. We requested a partial refund but it was denied. So if you book this tour beware that you are on your own if you are late or can’t find your tour guide.

Towns of Italy NEEDS emergency plan in place for when a flat tire happens in the middle of a tour!
We had 1 stop at Pisa and after leaving there we were heading to next stop when our tire went flat. Pulled over and all 8 of the passengers and the tour guide stood on the side of the road for over two hours waiting for her to finally reach someone and get someone to show up. We (all 8 of us) then had to get back in van to the be driven up on tow truck to ride in the van on top of tow truck to a mechanic shop where we then had to wait for two tires to be replaced. At least three and and a half hours was used for dealing with flat tire

Vespa 3 course lunch AMAZING
We had the most amazing experience our tour guides where so fun and friendly! The Vespa ride was so much fun! The food at the winery was so delicious 3 course sit down meal! Could not recommend this tour enough!
