We had a really nice time...

We had a really nice time on this trip. Renato made the day fun by adding beautiful view stops and keeping us informed with facts and tales about our surroundings. We had a beautiful walk around Erice, followed by the salt flats and ending up at a gorgeous Marsala winery where we had a tour, tasting and delicious lunch. Renato’s excellent driving and guidance throughout made this interesting trip all the more special. Highly recommend!

Fantastic class on making Pizza and Gelato.

The experience was fantastic. Our chef Marcello was a great teacher which a wonderful sense of humour. I would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone who staying in the centre of Palermo and is looking for an afternoon/evenings entertainment and food.

I liked that we were able to interact with other students. This gave a small family dinner feel. Lisa, our instructor, was lively, engaging, and very easy to follow along. I loved that she gave us the ability to receive recipes along with suggested local gelato spots to try. I highly recommend this class!

Good trip with the exception of a 20 minute stop at the square in Imprunetta where nearly all businesses were closed.

Amazing authentic experience with Chef Salvatore, our class size was just 2 people, we did some prep prior to our market tour (start the tomato-based sauce, ragu), had a beer at 11 am and tried local street food, the chef gave us an in-depth tour of the market that made me more appreciative of the regional cuisine, we then headed back to class to make fresh pasta and cannolis. Much of the prep like vegetables are already completed ahead of time, I think what made the class valuable for me was troubleshooting and being familiar with making pasta dough which is high level and beyond a cookbook or video tutorial. Would highly recommend it. Safe commute to the area, its right next to the largest farmers market in Palermo, right behind Teatro Massimo.

Devo purtroppo mettere un giudizio negativo in quanto nel tour doveva essere compreso l accesso alle terrazze del Duomo e invece non è stato fatto. Ho chiesto chiarimenti e mi hanno confermato che effettivamente nella descrizione dell attività era spiegato male. Come si legge nel titolo del tour c è scritto anche terrazze e invece non è compreso. Purtroppo nonostante la comprensione da parte dell operatore con cui ho parlato,non mi è stato dato nessun rimborso o indennizzo. La guida invece era bravissima.

This experience was amazing! a great mix of cooking, tasting and touring the local food market. The team were also very accommodating towards vegetarians and groups. Phillipe was very knowledgeable and funny and kept us on our toes. A must do experience when in Palermo!
