C’était une activité très sympa à faire à 2. Notre chef Jon était très marrant et on a passé un très très bon moment. On n’a pas vu le temps passer et on a appris plein d’astuces pour fabriquer des pâtes et de la glace. On recommande !

SO much fun! We loved our teacher Nicoló and it was just such a fun experience. We were originally hesitant to take 3 hours out of our time to explore Florence but it was well-worth it. We loved learning the right ways to make pizza and gelato, had a blast, and even made friends that we hung out with later that evening! Loved it!

The tour was full of information about Palermo and Sicily which gave us a great start to our trip. Without doing the tour we would have potentially missed seeing many of Palermo’s great buildings.

It was very hands on and engaging but not at the cost of having fun, it was a blast. My wife and I loved the class so much! We would definitely do it again some time and recommend it to all! If you’re in Palermo try to get Philipo!

Great tour
Excellent tour guide. I loved having the headset so we could clearly hear her and not have to be right next to her. We really enjoyed the tour and were thankful to skip all the lines (except security which was super fast).

Thank you so much to Roberta for an amazing experience! She was so informative and delightful. We made two pastas and a tiramisu that all turned out delicious by the end and better than other food we ate at restaurants! The class was smaller than we expected which made for a nice intimate and hands on setting. Highly recommend!

Great Tour, Great Guide, Reluctant to recommend.
The tour itself was a great experience, however the tour company (Towns of Italy) that runs the tour left us with great disappointment, and ultimately affected our experience. Our guide was fantastic, and provided lots of facts about the history and the art both inside and outside of the Church and the Duomo. With the private early access tour you get the awesome experience to watch them unlock the church, illuminate all the art, and then start the climb before it is open to the rest of the public. However the tour company (Towns of Italy) is highly unreliable with the information provided. It is said that your tickets allow you to skip the lines, however you will end up waiting in a separate line for people who also purchased tickets to enter different areas that are included in/around the Duomo after the climb. On top of that, when starting our tour of the Duomo, 2 of our 3 tickets did not work with the scanners, so after climbing to the top and finishing Brunelleschi's dome, we had to walk about 10-15 minuets (there and back) to a ticket stand to replace the 2 tickets that did not work. Then after waiting in a 25 minute line, in the sun, which we expected to be able to skip. The individual who replaced our tickets gave us yet another set of faulty tickets (multiple tickets with the same serial number) and not all members of our party could enjoy the rest of the Church, and the surrounding included experiences, without having to go and replace the tickets YET AGAIN, which we would then have to wait in another line. The staff at the Duomo also did not care of the error of the tour company, and wouldn't help resolve the issue at the Church. I tried to call the company (Towns of Italy) to get the name of our guide to at least leave good feedback for her as we forgot her name (it started with an A, she was from Russia, amazing guide, really knew her stuff, very natural and well suited for the position) But the company hung up on me after I said hello. Was going to leave 3 stars, but to add insult to injury, brings it to one. Reluctant to recommend, only because the home office did not care, Nor resolve our issue.

We had difficulty finding...
We had difficulty finding the meeting point and they were kind enough to help us out when we were lost. The shuttle was comfortable and air conditioned. Unfortunately the guide did not speak or understand English as advertised. We’ve been driving for an hour now and have no idea what we are seeing or anything about your city or country. Hopefully it will get better than just riding along the highway
