At first, the instructor, Heather, was funny and engaging. Once we arrived at the training area by van, though, things changed. The practice space was quite small about 30 by 30 meters. Initially, Heather was patient with beginners and seemed supportive. However, when it came time to test whether we could safely ride the Vespas, his patience wore thin. As some struggled to get the hang of it, he became noticeably less tolerant. Eventually, he gave each person barely two minutes to figure things out. If you didn’t catch on quickly, you weren’t given another chance, even though earlier participants had multiple tries. It felt like a sudden shift to a one-shot opportunity, which made it hard to learn or build confidence.

La visita è durata 3 ore e la guida ha saputo evidenziare anche gli aspetti più curiosi legati sia ai Musei che alla Cappella Sistina. We had Jon as our chef and he was great! Very friendly and helpful. Classes was cool to learn how to make pizza and gelato. Love that they give you the recipes and a certificate after. My only con is I didn’t realize the gelato wouldn’t be made individually but more a group setting but was still delicious.

Fantastic day trip. It was nice to see Siena in the afternoon when it was cooler and less crowded. The guide for the walking tour in Siena was good, personable, knowledgeable. There was not any time to buy anything. We barely had time to grab a water and some snacks from a vendor. The main guide for the bus was Micky (Michele). She was delightful! Fun and energetic. San Gimignano was amazing! We only had one hour of self guided time. I would have liked a little more time to explore some of the back streets. The highlight of the trip was the dinner! There were 24 of us on the tour and this was a dinner for just our group at a small family winery. Hands down the best lasagna I’ve ever had!

Really excellent experience! The chefs were patient and fun and everyone in the class had an opportunity to make their own personal pizzas. It was educational and super fun!
