I took a ravioli-making course in Italy and it was fantastic! The chefs ( Lydia and Marcelo) were amazing – skilled, friendly, and so much fun. I really enjoyed the experience and highly recommend it!

Unsere Köchin war super engagiert und erklärte alles gut verständlich. Das Gericht, welches wir zubereiteten, war super lecker. Eine Anmerkung: Vielleicht könnte man die Zeit anderswo einsparen (wie zB der Eisherstellung) und die Zeit stattdessen für die Zubereitung der Raviolifüllung nutzen. Diese haben wir nicht selbst zubereitet, sondern lag uns bereits vorbereitet vor. Kann den Kurs insgesamt zu 100% empfehlen.

Muito boa! Detalhes bem explicados sobre o processo de fazer uma pizza desde a farinha ao enfornamento. Preparação do gelato também super explicada! E mesmo eu sendo um completo leigo, as receitas ficaram deliciosas :)

Relaxing, fun, informative good time.

Francesca was great! Learned a lot. Drank a lot. The views were unreal. It was like being in a movie. Grateful we weren’t driving drunk. Meeting the bus was simple, too. We packed a ton into the trip.

Exceptional experience with chef Tomasso and Towns of Italy

Tomasso our chef was truly excellent. We toured the local authentic markets to see and hear about produce; culture and we all enjoyed this insight to the world of Florence and surrounding areas. Tomasso shared his skill and showed as all how to make fresh ravioli and tagliatelle along with a beautiful authentic Bolognese and tomato glaze for the ravioli. Finished with a traditional and amazing dessert Tiramisu! A truly exceptional experience paired with wine, laughter and a certificate confirming we did okay:) Tomasso was encouraging and helpful and his skill level as a skilled chef was evident. The small group of 12 was perfect, and it was a highlight of our trip to Florence. Thank you Tomasso, and team for sharing a little bit of Firenze with us today.

Amazing atmosphere, the cheff was enthusiastic, jovial, and professional. The classroom was very clean and thr class was accessible to all skill levels. If you can try to get Lisa as your teacher, she truly made the night.

Es war ein interessanter und kulinarisch leckerer Abend. Lidia hat es wirklich witzig und hervorragend geleitet und erklärt und die selbstgemachte Pizza hat sich von ihrer besten Seite gezeigt!

Brilliant experience, totally recommend!

The pizza and gelato making class was brilliant! Lidia who led the class was so knowledgable, friendly and charismatic which really helped the class be fun. She broke it down easily that you could follow along and the end product was so delicious, basically like eating at a restaurant. You get plenty of time to make what you need with help, wine along the way which was also nice and then the perk of making chocolate gelato to eat at the end. Would 100% recommend to anyone, this was our first cooking class and totally worth it!
