Fun and simple with expert guidance!

We had a very fun and easy cooking class to learn how to make pasta and sauces using simple cooking techniques led by our teacher Chef Lisa. We made and ate some of the best pesto pasta I have ever had!

Really fun experience, even for seasoned cooks!

Really enjoyed our trip to the Mercato. Learned to make pasta, ragù and a light sauce, as well as tiramisu. Federico was lots of fun, very personable. We had a great time and learned a lot!

Best excursion of our trip!

Lorenzo, Yo, and Chris were fantastic guides. Before getting our Vespa, Yo explained everything we needed to know about a Vespa and demonstrated how to ride it. Then everyone had to practice and pass a driving test. If you do not pass the driving test or you feel uncomfortable, they will let you drive a cute little Fiat or ride in a tuc tuc. You will not miss out on the beautiful scenery, lunch or wine tasting. It was a perfect day and our guides made us feel safe on the ride. We saw the countryside, rolling hills, and vineyards. It was so much fun and the best excursion of the trip. After we finished our ride, we went to a beautiful winery and they fed us a delicious lunch and provided us with 2 types of wine. After lunch, we had the opportunity to taste several other types and make purchases to take with up or ship directly to our home. Overall, it was a fantastic day and one I will never forget.

Magical voyage through the rolling hills of Chianti.

This was an amazing day motoring through the Tuscan countryside. Our guides, Carlotta and Graciela, were patient, knowledgeable, funny and so kind. The scenery on the trip is amazing, with stops at a medieval church and several amazing vistas. Once we got back to the tour headquarters we had a delicious lunch and a fantastic wine and olive oil tasting.

Must do in Tuscany … unforgettable experience

Outstanding Best experience of our entire trip. 2 50-year old sisters and an 18-year old daughter/niece. Perfect for us. Never had experience on a moped or Vespa before but Hyder was a patient teacher and instilled confidence within us in giving us a throughout lesson. He keep of safe and made sure we had fun. Definite must do in Tuscany. The views and rides were breathtaking and memorable !!!

Hands on and fun.

It was very hands on and fun. The pizza was very fun to make. From the kneading of the dough to stretching, and finally putting on the toppings and baking it.

Chief was wonderful. Enjoy all the making of pasta, sauces and gelato! Love it all!! Worth every minute. I would do it again!!

Fun class with takeaway...

Fun class with takeaway skills to make pizza at home. Steps were shown for making Gelato, but would be difficult to make at home without buying a very expensive Gelato machine. Host/chef was extremely friendly. We enjoyed the class.

Great fun evening and informative.

Fabulous evening spent with friends. Roberta was a great chef. She was fun and informative and we ended the evening eating our pizza and gelato - what could be better.

Do it!!

Sooooo much fun! Thankfully Heider and his colleagues are great teachers for riding the Vespa safely. The wine tasting and dinner was at a really lovely site overlooking Tuscan vineyards. Highly recommended.

Cooking class excellence

Marcello and Rima were knowledgeable and friendly. The class was very hands on and exactly what we'd wanted. They were accommodating to my partner's allergies and ensured that these were considered at all times. We are very grateful to them for being wonderful hosts and teaching us how to make pasta and gelato.

Erice was fascinating, the views fantastic, the salt mill impressive and the wine tasting with food fabulous. The day was particularly good because of our knowledgeable and very friendly guide Giuglia (I hope I spelled it correctly, she did say we could call her Gigi). Without her, it would still have been a good day, but we would not have understood or even seen half as much. We travelled in two Mercedes mini vans, and another agency guy was in the other one.
