A Special Way to See Florence
Climbing the Dome was a highlight of our trip to Florence, and the small-group, skip-the-line format of our Duomo tour was ideal. Our guide—Laura—was knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable through the experience. She helped participants navigate not only the climb to the top of the Dome but also the nuances of visiting churches in Italy (covering shoulders and upper legs). The tour was well paced with plenty of time for Laura to share history and interesting information about the complex, as well as for picture taking and asking questions, which Laura was great about answering. We would definitely recommend this tour to family and friends.

BOOK this! DUCCI the chef used to make 500pizzas a day before he sold his pizzeria in Toronto. He is FABULOUS! We enjoyed an evening full of laughs, meeting incredible people, and making two of our favorite things, pizza and gelato. The facility is extremely clean and brand new (only 2weeks old as of June 17, 2025).

Fun, Hands-On Cooking Class with Chef Lisa – Pasta and Gelato Made Perfect!
We had such a fun and memorable experience at this cooking class! Chef Lisa was warm, funny, and made pasta-making easy and enjoyable for everyone - and even suggested some local favorite gelato shops! The hands-on format kept things interactive, and the gelato at the end was absolutely perfect. A must-do activity while in Florence!

Awesome Experience
This class was so very amazing!! It was such a great experience in Florence - the class was fun, enjoyable, and simply fantastic!! Lisa was a wonderful chef; she was patient and helped out when needed! The pizza tasted great, and it was so fun to know the process of making pizza!! Learning how to make the gelato was also fabulous! I definitely recommend this class to everyone; it’s friendly for all ages!! Thank you Lisa for a wonderful time!!!

Amazing experience with family and kids
We went with our family with 3 kids from ages 5 to 8. We all had an awesome experience. Lisa and her crew were very patient with the kids and made it super fun for them. Overall we had a great time. The pizza and gelato was just delicious. My 8 years old thought she was the chef of the year 😀

No Guide at the last minute
Likely not the company fault, but the guided tour could not happen for some reason, possibly out of their control. There seemed to be a lack of communication between person that delivered tickets to us and the boss. I was still able to go in to see The Last Supper, but not at the original time. Thankfully this did not impact my 4 PM scheduled tour of the Duomo.

Uffizi the Magnificent
Lorenzo was amazing. A great tour all round. We loved hearing about the Medici family and visiting the Uffizi. The stories behind the paintings were fascinating. This made our Florence trip even more special. I can’t praise Lorenzo highly enough. He was really helpful and adapted the tour slightly to accommodate a wheelchair.

Perfect Tuscan Day Trip - Great Guide, Scenic Drive, and Delicious Wine and Olive Oil
We had an incredible experience on this Tuscany wine and oil tour! Our guide, Daria, was knowledgeable and engaging—she shared great historical insights as we drove from Florence into the stunning countryside. The visit to Luiano Winery was the perfect finale, with delicious wines and a beautiful setting. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a relaxed and authentic Tuscan day trip.

Must see trip to Cinque Terre!
We had a fantastic time on this day trip to Cinque Terre. There were 2 guides, one for each van. They led the tour together at each stop and gave great information and clear instructions. They took us to the most beautiful views, and always made sure each member of the small group was taken care of. We highly recommend this trip! Thank you Marco and Gabriel.

Best pizza & gelato class
This was so much fun. Learned how to make pizza and gelato! Roberta was a great instructor and everyone ended up with delicious pizza and gelato. Would definitely do again

Tripadvisor/Viator rescheduled our time without messaging us.
Although the guide was extraordinary we were very disappointed when they told us we were scheduled at 13.15 instead of 7.45 as the ticket said. The emails I received the days before all showed 7.45 as booked.

Review of cooking class
Alfredo and Matteo gave us an amazing experience from start to finish! Both chefs were incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and passionate about what they do. They made the class fun and engaging, while still teaching us proper technique and sharing insider tips.

A must do Florence experience
An absolutely must do activity when visiting Tuscany. Our tour duo Ila & Michi were amazing. You take this tour to experience Vespas, great views of Tuscany, and of course wine and tasty food. What you get is all that and as an added bonus your guides give you tons of little bite sized history lessons, stories to make you laugh, and yeah you get delicious wine too! Could not recommend this tour enough!
