Sterne – Ein unvergesslicher Pizza-Gelato Kurs!

Meine Frau und ich haben an einem Pizza-Kurs teilgenommen und waren begeistert! Der Chefkoch war nicht nur äußerst kompetent, sondern auch unglaublich freundlich und sympathisch. Man hat sofort gemerkt, mit wie viel Leidenschaft er bei der Sache ist. Die drei Stunden vergingen wie im Flug – wir haben viel gelernt, gelacht und natürlich fantastische Pizza zubereitet und gegessen. Die Atmosphäre war locker, herzlich und sehr angenehm – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Es war eine rundum gelungene Erfahrung, die wir jedem empfehlen können, der Spaß am Kochen (und Genießen) hat. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Abend – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfect Day Chianti and Vesoas

The views were amazing and for the first time away from the hustle and bustle of Italy’s bug cities. Our guides Ila and Giulia were great. First they gave us tips on how to ride the Vespas and provide an overview of the roads. We felt very safe and well prepared for the day ahead. We stopped at two places for pictures and then in a small town for gelato. Last we headed to a winery for lunch and a wine and olive oil tasting. The guides were knowledgeable and fun. Would 100% do this trip again

Schöner und absolut empfehlenswerter Kochkurs

Es war ein soo schöner Kochkurs. Der Kurs war komplett ausgebucht, und obwohl wir 20 Leute waren, ist auf jeden individuell eingegangen worden. Jeder konnte seine Pasta am Tisch machen, in der Mitte wurde dann gezeigt, wie die Soßen und das Gelato zubereitet wird. Es hat total Spaß gemacht, weil zwischen durch auch mal ein paar Scherze gemacht worden, das war total angenehm. Ich kann es wirklich jedem empfehlen, da es eine total schöne Erfahrung war und einfach nur spaß gemacht hat.

Amazing experience!

This was such a great experience for our family. Our 8 year old loved it and my 70 year old parents loved it. It was great food and everyone there is so nice. And the food we made was delicious.

Great Italian Pasta Cooking Experience

Nicolo was a great teacher and chef! He went over everything about how to make pasta and step-by-step, made the tomatoes and gelato, and told us the ingredients needed and how to tell the difference between processed and authentic gelato! He was super kind and went over to everyone to make sure their dough was good to cook. He served us our pasta, ravioli, and Vanilla Bean gelato! Everyone got a certificate at the end and received the QR code for free pasta recipes!

One of the best things you can do in Firenze!

We had two families, which was a large group of 11, 5 of which were kids ranging from 12-16 years of age. They absolutely loved it! The adults loved it just as equally. We really enjoyed the fact that they had the kids come up and help. Everyone was given all of the ingredients to make the pasta dough. The teachers were kind, and answered all questions appropriately. We could tell that they enjoy teaching these classes. We also got to make gelato. One of the instructors gave very important tips about how to tell the difference between real gelato and ice cream that is being touted as gelato at the shops. None of us knew this information, and we were very appreciative that she told us this. We made two different types pasta, and two different sauces. All were made with simple ingredients, and all were absolutely delicious. There is nothing like freshly made pasta! We were also given some red wine to drink with our food, and the gelato we made was the perfect way to cap off the event! I would 100% do this again!

Beautiful Ride Through the Hills of Tuscany!!

Amazing views and great bird through the hills of Tuscany! Ila and Giulia were incredible guides and hosts, who showed us around this beautiful countryside. A must do if you are Florence and want to explore outside of the busy city center!!

Let’s go Italia!

This trip was once in a lifetime for us. With little background about Florence, Pisa, Tuscany and Siena, the full day tour left us with many, many memories. From the tourist musts (Leaning of Pisa pictures holding up the tower) to learning about only traditions that only locals know (horse races of Siena, I can say with certainty that my family will never forget our tour today & family vacation to Italy. If you book, try to reserve Lorenzo. He had personality, was kind and answered all of our questions…both my kids and ours. It’s obvious he enjoys what he does.

My friend and I had so...

My friend and I had so much fun during our pasta and gelato cooking class. Chefs Alice and Andrea were such a delight and they were amazing teachers. It was a very fun and light environment and the food was incredible as well as the wine!

It was well organized but I feel like there could have been better places to stop for pics. The guides were wonderful!! Restaurant was great too!

We did this class as part of a day trip to Florence. Alice and Roberta were excellent guides, and we went from being complete novices to making our own pasta (ravioli and linguine) as well as the secrets to a good pasta sauce and how to make pesto. We also learnt how to make amazing gelato. Their cooking courses are well worth trying!

Very fun! Worked for all ages. Delicious pizza. Enjoyed activity. Down time in the middle while dough rose a little hard for the kids, as they got hungry (age 8 and 2). We should have loaded them up with snacks before. Overall, delightful! Everyone was smiling throughout.
