The energy of the chef was amazing, very friendly and energetic ! He really explained everything clearly and with lots of information on what he and we were doing during the demonstration and the cooking ourselves. We made a couple different types of pasta and this was so fresh and delicious! The ice cream was a demonstration, but itself was so so so tasty! This also included some Sicilian white wine while we were cooking and watching, and with our meal :)

A top-notch guide and a memorable tour experience

First off, I am happy to express my gratitude and say that your guide Renato Caprio was the most professional guide, and, hence, the best one I have had in my 3 weeks of stay in Sicily. And, I have taken very many tours. Renato's fluent Englush profiency and resorcefulness concerning the places we have visited are valuable professional assets. Also, his patience, kindness and positive attitude are traits which customer service companies shoud require from their guides. An uplifted customer is an empowered customer. That's how I have felt: extremely positive and happy to have made the right choice in choosing your tour package. That's how Renato has made me feel. Most of the tours I've taken in Sicily included only transportation and meeting time and place instructions with drivers and guides who could speak little or hardly any English. It is the resourcefulness, safety/exactness and clear instructions, language skills and a kind/charismatic/patient guide which make the magic ingredients for a guide/tour to be a successful and unforgettable holiday and life experience. Lack of these ingredients equal a cheap audio guide. I only feel sorry I haven't taken more tours with your company and guided by Renato as he has all the traits of a top-notch guide and driver possessing all the above-mentioned qualities. A word for Renato, too: Renato, keep up the good work and, please, cherish that positive mental attitude to life, your love for your work and what you do , and never lose that smile of yours.

A fun, interactive experience to remember our trip to Italy!

My daughter and I did the Pasta & Gelato class our first evening in Florence and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Chef Niccolo’ was charming and funny and brought us through the steps to make two different pastas and sauces, as well as vanilla gelato. With a few simple ingredients and Chef Niccolo’s instruction, our group was able to produce a delicious meal to enjoy together. We really appreciated the tips and tricks he shared, and we can’t wait to try the recipes at home after returning from vacation. The group was a fun mix of families, couples, and young adults, and Chef Niccolo’ did a great job making the evening interactive and fun as well as informative. Thank you for an experience that my daughter and I will remember for many years to come! Bravo!

Delicious, Fun & Family-Friendly!

It was a fun and informative session, easily one of the highlights of our trip. Matteo was engaging, funny, and patient. He made sure both the adults and the little ones felt involved and comfortable. He took time to explain the ingredients used, suggest possible substitutes, and shared great tips for spotting authentic gelato around town. The pizza-making was hands-on and enjoyable. We made the dough from scratch, added our own toppings, and learned how to use all the tools properly. Yumm... delicious pizza. The gelato demo was a blast, especially for one of our kids who got to help with the demo, and we all took turns making our own waffle cups. The only downside: the location was hard to find — it’s inside the main train station, but signage was limited, and it took us a while to figure out where to go. Better directions would really help. Highly recommend this class — tasty, interactive, and a great memory-maker for families!

Awesome way to experience Tuscany

Pretty awesome time. The Tuscan views were endless. So cool to zip around the Tuscan countryside on a Vespa…catch a a little wind. Our guide, Haider, was awesome. Did a great job getting everyone comfortable with the Vespa and was very patient with everyone.

Pizza and gelato lesson with dough making and shaping.

This cooking experience was so much fun and my family loved learning about pizza and gelato. Our instructor was very knowledgeable and helpful with our learning process. It was a great family outing and my kids really enjoyed it!

A must-do when in Palermo

Had so much fun learning how to make pasta from scratch. The ravioli was the highlight for me. Gelato was also super good.

Best Excursion in Italy!

This excursion was amazing. We did the small group tour, only 11 people. The guide really made the trip even better. He was friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. Even our 13 year old had a great time. The sites were beautiful.

Great Experience

Check in process was easy. Place was clean and bathroom was available for hand washing. Frederiko and John were the best. They helped us and were super fun. Wine and soft drinks were served with the pizza. We were a family of 12 and we all enjoyed ourselves!

Cooking Class

Marcelo was so wonderful. His energy and tips were fabulous. My kids remarked on how he smiled the entire time. The food was excellent. My kids absolutely loved the experience. Highly recommend.

Alfredo and Matteo were absolutely delicious! We had so much fun with them, and the food we did together was very tasty! We learned so much about Italian cuisine and will definitely cook these dished back home!
