Lisa is an amazing funny chef who loves to teach people how to make pizza. I loved the cooking class and learned a lot. The best part is that you get to try your pizza at the end with a glass of wine and choc gelato to finish it off. It was a great hands on experience and I had so much fun! :) Kind regards, Bianca

It would be good to have a minimum age as there were 3 young girls who were disruptive and annoying.

Good experience however we didn’t get to actually make our own gelato which I was most looking forward to. Instead you watch the guide make a large batch for everyone to have a scoop of at the end of the excursion. Also side note for anyone having soft drinks in this activity - you need to ask for more soft drinks as we have paid for this in the excursion. Again this isn’t openly offered to you by staff and you will need to grab the attention of your guide and staff passing by to have more drinks which are included in the activity. Aside from these minor things it was a good day out for us

We did the pizza making and gelato class and absolutely loved it! Niccolo and Federico were outstanding. We learned a lot about cooking and the history of pizza and gelato.

It was SOOOO AMAZING! The pizza and gelato were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I went with my 11-year-old and 16-year-old, it was totally kid-friendly. 100% recommend to EVERYONE! Chef Andrea was fantastic!

Fun in the Italian kitchen.
Tomaso was so welcoming and friendly. He initially took us on a tour of the local market with food tasting, which was educational and delicious, then back to the school for our cookery lesson. The main attraction for me was learning how to make fresh pasta, and this was demonstrated clearly with great explanations of the science and techniques. However, it was so much more than that, culminating in the devouring of our hand made pasta with the delicious sauces we had been shown how to make.
