I loved this cooking class. It was one of my favorite highlights from my trip to Italy! Alice made the class fun. We went to the nearby market to pick up all the fresh ingredients we would be using to make the most amazing dishes. We made fresh pasta with meat ragú, ravioli and homemade tiramisu. The class was 5-hours, but goes by quickly. You will enjoy your amazing meal with plenty of wine. Excellent experience!!

Mir haben der Marktbesuch mit den vielen wunderschön farbigen Ständen mit Früchten, Gemüsen, die Degustation von Trüffelöl und -crème, Honig, Pistaziencrème etc. die Geschichten, die Federico, der Chef vom Kochstudio 'Towns of Italy' uns erzählte und natürlich das Arbeiten und Kochen von frischen Tagliatelle und Ravioli mit Ricotta (Teig selber gemacht), dazu 2 Saucen Tomaten-Roma und Salsa nach Fiorentiner Art (gemischtes Hackfleisch) und schlussendlich einem klassischen Tiramisu sehr gut gefallen. Federico ist sehr freundlich, erklärte alles sehr gut, hat uns nützliche Tipps gegeben und hatte für alle Fragen Zeit.

This was a four hour, well presented, well organized class in an air conditioned environment (so important when it was over 100 degrees outside). We had two instructors - one for pizza and one for gelato. But each one helped every student out and tried to connect with each kid - whether a kindergartener or a teenager. There were four tables with approximately 5 in each table. Big enough to meet new people but not overwhelming. It was hands on, fun and informative. And the best part - we got to eat pizza, gelato, focaccia, and drink wine! Well with the time.

Tour guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. Pace was fast and very good at hitting the highlights! We enjoyed walking through the Vasari Corridor - museum could work on making it have more information during walk across.

Gabriel, our guide, was the best! He knew so much about the history of the area, answered any and all questions, was easy to talk to and very likable and personable. I would want him as a tour guide again. He was a great driver too! His recommendations on where to eat, walk, get gelato, use a restroom, see a church were very helpful too. Note: We reserved the semi private tour with a minivan because I’m getting too old for busses and trains and watching the clock. We had plenty of time in the 3 villages we were supposed to see. I wish I had brought a towel and swim suit to cool off, tho.

Renato was not a driver but a very pleasant companion. The tour impressed us all. Erice village shall be all time remembered and the wine tasting visit & tour is gonna convert me, at 69 of age, into a wine drinker. But why the site initially displays 135€ and upon payment 169€. Pls clarify.
