The afternoon was well spent being taught all they could about how to make the best pizza. Our chefs were amazing with patience given to us as we worked out the best technique. Pizza tasted amazing and finished off with our gelato made as a group but we made our own waffle basket. A great activity. Thank you

Wonderful! Less than $100 per person and totally worth it. There was an air conditioned round trip bus, tastings and tours at 3 wineries, a stop (a little short however) in an old Tuscan town and a three course lunch. You cannot beat the price. The guide Luisa did a wonderful job bringing everyone together and and by the end of the tour we all felt like old friends. The guide (Luisa) was also very knowledgeable, friendly, warm and inviting. 5/5!

This was our favorite part of our trip to Florence! We had so much fun on the scooters, and the views were unbelievable. unbelievable. I never felt overwhelmed or lost with my bike, and ending our travels with tasting delicious wine was the perfect conclusion to this adventure.

Learning to make pasta with the family

A Taste of Italy: Unforgettable Pasta & Gelato! Our family had an absolutely fantastic time at the Taste of Italy cooking class! Learning to make authentic pasta and gelato from scratch was an incredible experience, and our chef was truly great. They were not only incredibly knowledgeable but also made the entire process fun and engaging for everyone, even the kids. We left with full bellies, happy hearts, and the skills to recreate a little piece of Italy in our own kitchen. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a delicious and memorable family activity in Florence!

Excellent tour. Our best experience!

It was my best decision to book the early morning tour with first access to Duomo. We were at Florence during the summer heat with daily highs in the upper 90's. Hence, the early morning tour served us very well, given that we woke up early anyways due to jetlag, and the temperature was perfect. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and shared many interesting background stories first. When we went into the Duomo, we got a chance to capture the first array of sunshine when it peeked through the stained glass in the stillness of dawn. Quite a surreal view. Then we trekked 463 steps in the narrow stairways, quite a morning exercise for me. But when you get up there, the view was STUNNING! Wear very comfortable shoes and bring water. It's not hard, but you need to pace yourself climbing that high. Well worth it!!

Stress-Free and Insightful Tour Experience

We had a great experience on our Colosseum and Roman Forum tour. Our guide, Alessandro, was fantastic—he set a comfortable pace that worked really well for our family with young kids. He gave us plenty of time for photos without rushing, but also kept things moving so we didn’t get stuck in one place too long. Alessandro knew all the best viewing spots and shared fascinating stories that really brought the ruins to life. He also helped us navigate the area like a pro—pointing out water refill stations, toilets, snack stops, and what to expect at each entrance, which made the whole experience much smoother. It was an extremely hot day and could have easily been overwhelming, but with Alessandro’s guidance, we got so much more out of the visit than we would have on our own. This was our second experience booking with Towns of Italy. Definitely recommend!

Wine and Olive Oil Tasting

This tour was informative for the process of making wine and olive oil, had breathtaking views, good wine, and great tour guides! They even went out of their way to stop at different sightseeing opportunities along the way, and dropped us off directly at our hotel. I could not recommend this tour enough and it was the highlight of our trip!

Unforgettable Vespa Wine Tour!

We had the best time on our Vespa wine tour. Haider and Alessia were absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel comfortable and excited for the day. Their energy, knowledge, and friendliness made the whole experience unforgettable. The tour itself was beautiful, with incredible views, great stops, and delicious wine, but what really made it special were the guides. Haider and Alessia went above and beyond. This was hands down one of the highlights of our trip and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and memorable experience.
