Best cooking school experience

This was an amazing experience. The chef was very knowledgeable and helped me to understand how to properly cook pizza! I have been doing it wrong for so long. I am so thankful for this experience.

As part of our stay in Rome, my travel agent booked the Skip-the-Line Early Entrance Vatican Museums Tour with the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica tour. Everything about this experience was excellent, especially our guide Roberta B! The communication related to the meeting point and time, as well as what we could expect related to the tour, was clear, timely, and accurate. Roberta, who has a PhD in art history and is clearly passionate about sharing her expertise, was knowledgeable and engaging, using both an iPad and print material to supplement her verbal presentation. She was approachable and encouraged questions, using humor and grace to interact with us. Despite the overwhelming number of people visiting the Vatican Museums and the high temperatures, Roberta remained professional and attentive, often asking if we were all doing OK and ready to move on to the next part of the tour. Her descriptions of the art were informative without being overwhelming, and she skillfully spoke about the museum itself and the history of the people and events associated with it. I highly recommend this tour and Roberta herself!
